This is a nice addition to the East Cobb location with quite a bit of seating. A nice bonus is that several booths have outlets with USB charging stations as well. They have some actual entrees on their menu, but they also have a variety of paninis, salads, and soups. I had the half Mediterranean salad with added chicken, and this was good. The boyfriend had the chicken tender panini with a side of mac and cheese. The panini was great, and the mac and cheese was yummy, as anticipated. Everything seemed quite fresh. You can pair the sandwiches or salads with soup, and upgrade from a cup to a bowl of soup for an extra dollar. I tried the chicken tortilla soup. This isn’t a typical chicken tortilla soup — it has chicken and tortillas in it, but it’s in a very oily broth rather than a rich spicy broth. I’d choose a different soup if you are a traditionalist in this regard. They don’t have a typical soda machine, which is good and bad, IMHO. Instead, they have soda in a can or bottle that you can purchase, or 7 different flavored lemonades, teas, and waters you can partake of if you want unlimited refills. This is kind of fun if you like sweet tea or lemonade(the latter of which doesn’t come in a sugar-free variety, unfortunately), but otherwise I will definitely miss the typical thirst-quenching soda selection on a hot Georgia day. They have a hands-free ice and water machine, however, so that will be a fun substitute. It came to a bit over $ 25 for two of us(including drinks) so expect about $ 12 per person. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Delicious; a new favorite spot for our family. Although it’s not full service(order @ counter), we had several workers check on us. Huge portions, reasonable prices. So glad to see this addition to East Cobb!

Wanted so much to like this place. Certainly a major step up over previous proprietor(Broadway Diner). Base on another review, I ordered the steak and blue cheese panini. The greens were fresh and dressing delicious, however the meat was not tender enough to bite through. If something like that is going to be served, you’ve got to cut the meat into bite-sized pieces – otherwise you take one bite, the entire piece comes out, and you’re left with an empty sandwich. My wife enjoyed her Asian chicken ½ sandwich and salad. Liked the selection of non-carbonated drinks: 4 – 5 types of iced tea and several more types of lemonade and such. On a cold, windy day, the place was freezing due to proximity of many tables to the doors.(There are two entrances on either side of the front of the restaurant and, on a busy day, there weren’t any choices away from those entrances. Made for an uncomfortable and rushed meal.) If they can work out the kinks, they’ve got some potential, as they’re already getting a steady flow of patrons.

Visited several times, love the chicken tortilla soup & tomato bisque soups, always hot & fresh. The tuna appetizer is excellent as is the Bison burger and Ceaser salad. Service is excellent, place is spotless. Food is outstanding and well priced. Glad they are in East Cobb.

Love, Love, Love Fresh to Order! They’re part of redefining the fast casual dining movement. We go there at least once a week and are never disappointed. As the name suggests, they’re definitely fresh and made to order with a good selection of light, food menu items to choose from. The salmon panini is my favorite; the house green salad is super tasty and surprisingly the calamari are REALLY good. We honestly haven’t had a single thing from there that we wouldn’t order again. We’re regulars and so glad there’s one in East Cobb.

They are new and we have eaten there five or six times. The food is GOOD. However, tonight we got our second take out order for the family with one meal short for a second time. Worse than that, when my wife called she was basically told that we must have lost it. Our take out is usually $ 50 to $ 75. Please check your take orders, my fault for trusting them.

I love the conceptual idea(options other than Wendy’s, chipotle, Panera bread, Chick-fil-A) yet, the food was just okay! My 10 y/o daughter ordered the Caesar salad. I ordered the salmon panini, side garden salad and calamari. The calamari was lukewarm, soggy, rubbery, and drenched in some sort of sweet sauce. My side salad was great! I like the selections of non-carbonated tea, juice, and lemonade! My spouse ordered the chicken skewers with mashed sweet potato and Asian slaw. He was highly dissatisfied. My 7 y/o enjoyed happily a kids meal– grilled chicken, rice, and salad. The chance of my family returning is 50⁄50 yet, if I never visit again I’m okay with that too because I tried it once.

Suspected this place would do bang up biz in busy East Cobb, and thus far that seems to be the case. I pass it everyday and the tiny parking lot always seems full. So that and 5 min. from home meant I had to try it even though the take-out meal replacement thing isn’t really my gig. Nothing on this menu is outside my cooking skill set — and that is fine when time is short. So the dinner choices one particularly hectic night were an «chef plate» sized order of calamari($ 6), a Crispy Ale-Laced Chicken, Honey Mustard, Garlic Mashed Potatoes entrée with a caesar salad($ 13.60), a Salmon w/Coconut Cream Sauce, Baby Greens, Roasted Corn Relish, Wheat Berry Rice with a small house salad($ 15.90), and an Asian Salad(Mixed Baby Greens, Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing, Candied Walnuts, Tomatoes, Sesame Seeds, Avocado, Pickled Ginger, Crispy Noodles, Mandarin Oranges, Szechuan Peanuts) with Almond Crusted Seared Tuna added on($ 12.80). In all, about $ 50 — $ 16 per person — out the door for three entrees and an app. Figuring the cost of quality ingredients, not bad. The verdict? The salads by far are the play. The Asian salad and tuna was a perfect pair, and fresh seared tuna is exactly the sort of thing you might not be able to pull off(or find to attempt) at home. House salad was also aces, the blu cheese crumbles not over done, all the greens fresh(!?!) and crisp, while the caesar got raves for being tender and again, not over fussed up, with a THICK, rich caesar dressing that went a long way with just a forkful. The entrees? Merely OK. Plenty of flavor in the coconut cream sauce, which worked well with the snappy corn relish, but the salmon was a bit on the dry side. The wheat berry rice did go with the dish nicely, however. The high-end chicken tenders are obviously a hit with kids and fams — many of whom packed the dining room on our visit — but they are a compromise selection for most adults. Nicely done, but still. And the garlic mashed potatoes suffered from the same issue I’ve seen elsewhere — it is very hard to hold quality mash potato preps without them turning gray and lumpy. Even so, every bit was devoured, so maybe not all that essential. Biggest disappointment? The calamari. Really a tiny portion, half of which was squid tentacles, not the tender loops of mantle. Skip it. Bottomline, a very clever operation(note the repurposed component items weaved across the menu) that really does deliver fresh fare, quickly, at OK prices. Sticking to the salads with an added protein(the spinach salad with steak looks interesting) seems to be the way to go. For a little more than fast-food dreck, you really can have a good healthy FAST take-out meal that won’t fill you with remorse, regret, self-loathing, and despair. PS — Order online for take-out. Even though the take station gets swamped, it is the way to go.

Everything was great except for the number of servers and even the manager who came up and asked me if everything was«perfect». Nice people, but very distracting.

Went there at 11:45 for the first time on a Sunday. Place was packed but staff very efficiently moved the folks through. The staff(Ali & Danielle) at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The steak panini was excellent(blue cheese crumbles, carm. onions, red onions, etc)! Very fresh and perfectly made. Panera just lost a long time customer as this was W-A-Y better. Panera steak sandwich is like a vending machine sandwich in comparison. The menu takes a few minutes to review(they hand you one upon entering) but they have an area when you walk in to figure it out:-) So glad this is here as opposed to the Diner(which was gross). This place is no joke and fresh sparkling clean. I don’t give out 5 stars but this place is 5+. You will not be disappointed. Will write another review — can’t get back there soon enough. I was going to compliment(Pete?) the manager but he was as busy as Mr. Krabs — maybe next time.

I went here the other day for a late lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. When we walked in we were greeted by a host that handed us a menu. After looking at all the different options, we ordered misc things so that we could get a feel for this new place. The lentil soup was amazing and the steak I ordered was very tender and cooked perfectly. I observed the other dishes gping to tables around me and the presentation of the diahes is amazing. During our meal we were approached by Manager to make sure everything was okay. This is a type of experience we expect from pricey high end restaurants but we left very happy for a fraction of the price. I cannot wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

First time visit. I order the pick 2 — Waldorf chicken salad panini and chicken tortilla soup. Both were great! Good flavor, not heavy. You even receive a mini croissant with a bit of honey baked in. They have many choices for lunch — salads, soups, panini’s, etc. Very clean and bathroom was in tip top shape. The only suggestion for improvement would be the length of time it takes to get through the lunch line. Of course understanding the lunch time rush but seemed a bit too long to take each persons order. A+ on quality of food, portion sizes, options to rider, friendliness of staff.

I’ve been to F20 at Cumberland and Sandy Springs in the past. The menu was good, lots of choices. The food was okay but for whatever reason, I never added it to my restuarant rotation. I went the East Cobb location today and OHMYGOODNESS. It was packed(no available parking) but there was no wait. I ordered the lime shrimp small plate and salad. It was AMAZING! I didn’t eat the house salad because I was full from that. I tasted it and ate the sweet bread… AWESOME. They didn’t have a soda machine(fine with me because I don’t drink soda unless natural with no HFCS) but they have a variety of custom drinks. I will try next time. I will bring my 7yo son(the real food critic) to see if it gets put in the rotation. He has mature tastebuds(red onion, mushrooms, balsamic vinaigrette are his favorites and he doesn’t eat mac/cheese, nuggets, grilled cheese) so this should suit him well. If he doesn’t like it, I will just come for lunch when he is at school. Lol Welcome to the neighborhood. Great addition.

Absolutely wonderful! This is my first visit to any Fresh 2 Order and I am extremely pleased with both the food and the service. I ordered the small plate blackened lime shrimp along with a cup of tomato bisque. They were both amazingly delicious. I will definitely be back — and soon!

This is the first F2O that I have ever been to and it did not disappoint whatsoever. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was excellent. The staff and general manager was very friendly and came to check on us to see how we were doing. I ordered the ½ tomato mozzarella panini and ½ F2O salad. They were both delicious and my panini was pressed to a delicious crisp. I also ordered a cup of their tomato basil soup which was a perfect balance of creamy tomato goodness with a hint of basil. I am a tomato soup junkie and I have to say that they hit the nail on the head with their soup. All in all, I would have to say that they are a healthier 2.0 version of Panera. I will definitely be back for their amazing FRESH food and GREAT service.
