I was in the area, getting a few things for free for my birthday month, so this was the second stop I made during my lunch break. The place wasn’t packed, but there was a line with about 3 – 4 people waiting to place their orders. If you join the mailing list, you get a free 7″ sub(the smallest kind) during your birthday month – you just tell them your phone number. After some deliberation, I finally decided on a chicken pesto coldwich, with wheat bread and cheddar cheese. The first Which Wich I went to was in Greenville, and I think the concept is really very cute. It’s a quick service sandwich shop that is leaps and bounds better than Subway, but not as fresh as Publix, and not as delicious as Firehouse. Nonetheless, the sandwiches are good, and they give you a good amount of control over the ingredients. You fill out what you want on the provided brown paper sandwich bags, hand it to the cashier, and then you get your sandwich made to your specifications. These include 2 types of bread, choice of making it a skinny sandwich, bowlwich, or lettucewich. Then there are 8 types of cheese, 14 types of dressings(from buffalo sauce to different kinds of mayos or mustards), 17 types of veggies(yes, you can check multiples of these), and 5 types of spices. You can even see the people prepping them behind the counter, so I liked that they had that kind of transparency. Since there were several people ahead of me, it did take a little while to get the sandwich, but you know, can one really complain too much when you are getting a free meal? PROS: –Free 7″ sub during your birthday month when you sign up for the email newsletter. –You can order ahead of time and pick up when you get there. –Sandwich taste was pretty good, and the choice of ingredients is fairly expansive. –A good amount of outdoor seating. CONS: –Relatively slow service with about 3 – 4 people ahead of me, so be prepared to wait if there are more ahead of you. –The bread ended up being soggy by the time I ate the sandwich, though I’m not really sure from what since I didn’t get anything too saucy on it. I haven’t experienced pesto getting a sandwich soggy in the past, but maybe that’s what it was? –Parking is kind of weird here, and the spots closer to this building can fill up very quickly. THEVERDICT: Pretty good sandwich, with a ton of choices offered – there is something for any kind of taste here. I wouldn’t say the ingredients are the freshest I’ve tried(I’m looking at you, Publix) but they are fairly good, and this sandwich place is definitely worth a visit(or at least a once-a-year visit when they send you an offer for a free birthday sub!)

Went to which wich for the first time, and I must say I LOVE the concept. Very simple, just pic a bag with the sandwich style you want, customize, and go. Tons of options. This day I ordered the South Philly with the cheese wiz. Really tasty, kinda messy, but overall a good time. What I really loved was the Banana pudding shake that I got. Which is the reason for the 4 stars… … The shake was ABSOLUTELYAMAZING!!! The challenge was that the sub was ready in about 5 minutes or so… the shake took about 15 minutes to make… but was made to perfection. I think it was just my expectations were for it to be a little quicker. If you are going to be dining in, go ahead and get the shakes, they are great, but if you are in a rush, get the regular drinks and be in and OUT!

We have been to this place many times and never had any problems. Today my husband and I went for dinner and my sandwich was made very sloppy and had way too much mayonnaise on it. The bread wasn’t fresh so it made the sandwich not appetizing. This was a disappointing experience for us. Also, you can tell the manager was not there because of how poorly the sandwich was made. The floors, tables and chairs were also dirty. If I saw her, I would of complained. I hope this place doesn’t go down hill because they really do have good sandwiches, but not today.

Best sandwich place around. We go reasonably often. I love how many choices you can make and how easy it is to make them. So clever to have you mark what you want on a brown bag that your sandwich will come inside. Fresh ingredients, vegan options, great staff. Love it!

We’re somewhat regular attendees to this location. Mostly because the kids love it and they get to write funny names on their order. The food here is decent but not special. I normally get something from their Italian menu, but this time, I tried their breakfast sub. For what you pay, the breakfast sub isn’t worth it. There’s a TON of bread and not much else. I would stick with the other selections. They’d get a 4th star if their service was friendly. They get the order correct most of the time, but they just don’t seem to be thrilled that you’re there.

We had couple of good experiences before. Hence when we had a last-minute family get-together I recommended this place. We reached around 8:45PM(it was closing at 9). Before ordering around 10 sandwiches, we asked the lady who was serving at that time, if she was ok to make that many sandwiches at that time. She said yes. But it went downhill thereafter. The responses were very curt and no wishes/greetings when everything was done. Later when we got home, we found that the orders were messed up. Not a good experience at all. The earlier two times when we visited, we had good experience and good food.

Not bad. Didn’t care for using«communal» sharpies from a bucket(germs, yuck) to write my order, but not a huge deal. Place is pretty small and bare bones, but good for a quick lunch. Food was alright(got a turkey club thing) but they put way too much mayo on it. I almost couldn’t eat it. I’d come back but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice

Food is ok. My only issue is the kids meal are too restrictive and not meant for kids that like veggies(they do exist). They can only get meat and cheese. I have to get a full size meal for a 5⁄6 yr old in order for them to get onions, tomatoes, etc. Its a waste of money and food because I end of throwing most away. If that changes, I can return.

This place kicks ass over Jersey Mike’s. Enjoyed a delicious«lettuce wich». Service a bit slow however.

Pretty good sandwiches but definitely overpriced. Costs around $ 10 for regular sized sandwich which is hard to legitimize.

Great place if you enjoy filling out forms for twenty minutes. I could’ve made my own sandwich in the time it takes to read their bags. l and check things off. No other option and they won’t help even if you ask. Great system for them. You do all the work and they collect your money.

Descent but over priced and the order method is stupid. Firehouse, Jason’s Deli are much better sandwiches for the money.

Gotta wave folks off from the Turkey reuben. Tasted like a Hot Pocket. The base breads and meats of WW just are not very good, and when you heat them and add strong flavors they go soggy and slack. Were it not for the red onions I added to this sammich, nada. If you are toppings fiend, go nuts with WW. But WW is firmly behind Jersey Mike’s and Firehouse in quality and when you add that this store is always swamped with rugrats and their inattentive parents, I’ll route around.

After passing by Which Wich for months no, we decided to stop in and try them out. It always has people inside consistently so it had to be good right? I ordered a chicken salad sandwich without any extra toppings because I figured, they should all be in the chicken salad to begin with. I was wrong. I opened my sandwich to mayo and chicken on bread. That was it. No celery or onions mixed in. Just mayo and chicken. Strange, especially for $ 5. However, I was optimistic and began to take a bite. It was delicious. While I would have liked to have a little crunch in my chicken salad, it was still enjoyable. The bread was soft, yet firm at the same time. I have a feeling I will be back soon, that is how much I enjoyed it. Keep in mind, I would prefer a very simple sandwich with only a few ingredients opposed to a full«everything on it» sandwich so the simplicity was fine with me. It was definitely better than Subway but comparable to Publix subs in regards to taste.

It’s a super Subway! Awesome selections! Great location. Takes a lil longer and a lil more pricey… But worth it! And unlike Subway… They maintain a rewards program!

Interesting concept. You pick a sandwich by choosing they type from a pre-printed selection of bags. I chose Italian and selected topping and condiment choices, double meat & cheese, bread type — I got the white«skinny» wich with less bread — and got chips & a drink. A bit pricy at $ 12.46 for a sandwich and it took 15 minutes to get my food. It was pretty good though. Fresh bread, quality meat & cheese, right amount of topping-to-meat ratio. I may try again.

Superb customer service! We were so excited with the new way to order at this place. They offer the base of each menu item, then you grab a corresponding brown paper bag and check off all of your desired fixings, then take the bag up to the cashier and pay. I opted for the meal deal with the regular size sandwich which came to $ 14.53… A little steep for a sandwich, chips and drink. The sweet tea was perfect! We were in such a hurry, we grabbed the rest of my party’s food and by the time we got to our destination, I realized that I forgot my sandwich! I called the store and right away they let me know I forgot if at the counter. They offered to make me a fresh sandwich or get a refund put back on my card. Since I was 20 min away, I opted for the latter. My card was not charged. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely go back in the future.

I went there today(Saturday) at 5:00PM. There were seven employees and only a few customers. No one says anything when you walk in. I took my brown bag and marked what I wanted on my sub.(It’s not a difficult process guys) The guy couldn’t figure out how to ring up my order so another person had to. I saw one girl making subs that touched her hair, then went back to making a sub(I felt a little queasy but I am a germaphobe). Anyhow, I took my sandwich home and it was good. I would probably try it again-or not. It’s alot like Subway to me.
