Peter Bergman found me the perfect house in the Silver Strand area of Marina del Rey. I had been looking for over a year and wasn’t sure what I wanted up to that point. I just knew what I didn’t want. Peter was so familiar with the area that he was able to help me pinpoint what I wanted in a surprisingly short time. Always the professional, Peter was also warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Even after escrow closed, he helped me to put a team in place so that the house would look its best and I would have all of the amenities that I wanted. When I am ready to sell my house in Bel Air, I will definitely consider using him as my broker since he is familiar not only with the Silver Stand area but all of the surrounding areas as well.

Peter Bergman sold our house in Venice at full asking price in 2008. My husband wanted to sell. I didn’t, but Peter promised that he would find us a better house in L.A. in a quieter neighborhood. We spent a year looking for a new house elsewhere, in Santa Barbara, Carmel, Berkeley, etc. A year later, we went back to Peter and in two weeks he found us the house of our dreams in the Silver Strand in Marina del Rey

Ty Bergman and the whole team at Bergman Beach Properties did an excellent job finding us the perfect house in the Silver Strand area. The deal went smoothly and Ty was very quick to respond to any questions that I had about the deal, the house or the neighborhood. And Ty went the extra mile to make sure the deal closed. Would highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a house in the Silver Strand area since they are clearly the leading realtor for that area.

If you are looking for a great real estate agent team, there is none better than Peter & Ty Bergman.
