Great customer service! We visit Carlos for bike rentals whenever we want to ride at Venice. He is friendly and welcoming. This shop is also very convenient because we can park nearby and pick up the bijes right after… then drop them off right as we are ready to head home.

Carlos was super helpful, personable, and knew his stuff! He stayed open a little later for us and gave us a great price. Accessories are free here! Carlos got us a basket and towel for our little dog and was super accommodating about it! Overall amazing service. Would recommend.

This is a great, convenient bike shop with amazing staff! I went in yesterday for some air and realized on the way over there that my bike had a ton of assembly issues! Carlos was soooo nice to me – helped me basically re-​assemble my bike even though they were about to close. What an awesome, stand-​up guy. I will definitely be recommending this shop for rentals to friends and will definitely be back! Thank you, Carlos!!!

What a cool place! I stopped and needed some help on my bicycle. Carlos was on it and fixed it quickly. I was in and out in seconds. The best part of all was that he had a great recommendation for a great place to eat. Great service!!!

This bike rental was the highlight of my work trip! Wonderful experience renting from Carlos. His price was fair. Bikes, helmets, and locks were in great condition. Carlos gave me wonderful suggestions of places to ride and was so so so kind! When I returned the bike, I was thankful that he had some delicious cold beverages for purchase.

Carlos was amazing! Probably the best customer service I’ve received at a bike rental place. Our other bike we owned was low on air and Carlos didn’t hesitate at all to let us borrow the bike pump — he even offered to fill it for us! Tip: baskets and bike locks are free! Ask be aware they keep a photo id as a deposit for the bikes.

Wow — this was the best bike rental experience I have ever had. First, we arrived before they were open and the owner opened and rented us bikes anyway. He was very nice and made sure everything was fine before we left. And the price was very reasonable — we rented bikes for the entire day for $ 25 per bike. And that included helmets and locks. We had a great day biking the ocean front path. Went to Manhattan Beach and back and it was awesome. If you are going to be renting bikes I would definitely do it from this establishment.

Just down the street from my Mariott hotel. Competitive price for the bike, helmet and lock. Guy was friendly. Mountain bike was a little banged up, but they kept it in good working condition (chain nice and lubricated, shifters and brakes good). Good deal!

Carlos is awesome. He’s a very friendly guy with awesome support to Military folks in mind. His prices for repairs is very reasonable for the area. I would definitely come back here in the future if I need repairs or a bike rental for a friend from out of town!

This place is SUPER awesome. I live in the area but don’t want to own a bike. Whenever I come, there is always a bike in great condition for a good price. Carlos really takes care of you. The shop has a good collection of cruisers, hybrids and even a few road bikes in GREAT condition. It’s right by the beach, close to the bike path, so you can park, get a bike, bike along the beach, return the bike and go home easily. Really appreciate how helpful he is, even to my friend’s non rental (giving her air and fixing some things.) If you need a rental bike, definitely go here.
