There is plenty of seating with plenty of wall-plugs which is great! THEWIFIDOESNOTWORK. Maybe it works for 5 seconds, then stops. That is UNACCEPTABLE.

The baristas here are very rude. They’re committed to misinterpreting you and they don’t listen very well, except for Jen. My one star is for her as she’s kind of the saving grace. Otherwise, it’s very depressing.

Im rating this Starbucks a two because the chubby black-haired barista is rude. Also, they play the music extremely loud. This is not the place to study or focus on important work. Definitely not a home away from home. I expect more from Starbucks. Also, a lady had her dog in here on a chair for at least a half hour to an hour. When they both finally got up, the pup pissed on the floor. And that puddle was venti sized! I wouldnt recommend this Starbucks.

Worst Wi-Fi I have ever experienced so far out of about 30 coffee shops I have been to. Will never go there again.

My first time going to this location. I’d have to say it was the best service I have gotten from a Starbucks. The customer service was superb & Chris, the store manager was fantastic and very professional. I wish the service was this good at all Starbucks. The baristas were also very nice and they made sure we were satisfied after someone took our drinks by mistake… They made us new ones and were very pleasant about it. Great service, we will for sure be returning to this location. And it was very clean.

Chris made our day we had a BOGO offer but missed the expiration date by one day. Called and expressed tht I’m the coffee shop’s neighbor and asked them to honor the coupon… GUESSWHAT? Chris said sure and when we arrived shortly thereafter… we all got our boogie on to the music that was playing in the shop. #STARBUCKSGROOVES #LovelyDay

It’s nice when Starbuck’s employees learn your name and what you usually order!

Had lunch and a coffee drink while quietly doing my homework for a couple of hours. My back was to everyone and my earphones on, so I didn’t realize the place was closing. At exactly 7pm Tori came up to me to let me know they were closed. I asked if I could use the restroom real quick before I left and she said«no, it’s closed.» I asked again, and again she denied me access to the restroom saying it was closed. I asked for her name and wrote this review. It makes sense why their tip jar was so shallow when I tipped them. Incredibly rude not to wait 2 minutes for me to use the restroom, or give me a few minutes heads up before closing. Rude.

Service is eehhh, drinks are a hit or miss, depending on who makes it. Good thing is that you can ask for another drink if you dont like yours. Sandwiches are overpriced and not that good. Its close to my job so it’s convenient.

The service here is horrible. The lady with the short black hair was rude to us on Friday June 26th, 2015. Pretty much told us she’s not going to brew more coffee because they close in 15 minutes. Customer service comes first.

Stumbled across this Starbucks after doing some shopping at Albertsons. Line was about 5 people long when I walked in. Oh boy, I knew I’d probably be in for a wait. To my surprise, I was ordering within a minute or so. Staff did a great job moving the line along. Ordered a simple tall black coffee and I was out in no time. Lot in front gets quite congested as they share a lot with verizon and subway. Thry have lot of seating inside. All were taken though. You do have an area to sit outside. Usually see people with their dogs. Kind of noisy though with Washington Blvd. right there.

If you can avoid it, do. I’ve been a Starbucks customer since 1998. I’ve been a Gold Rewards member since the program’s inception, entitling me to free refills. Apparently this store only offers free drip coffee refills«same store, same visit.» In my years of getting free drip coffee refills this has never happened to me before. I suggest you go to a Starbucks that delivers consistent service the way you come to expect it at other stores.

Same as every other starbucks. Coffee is the same. Baristas just have to push a button. Staff isnt overly friendly. Parking is ok. Traffic is effected by the Costco thats there which can be über lame

I rarely come to this Starbucks just because it’s in the same center as Costco and I hate dealing with angry and aggressive Costco customers. But this Starbucks is(by far) the largest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Very spacious and the large outdoor patio really can host large groups for meetings. The inside is very warm and welcoming. Great place to start a conversation and catch up on community gossip. Love the customer service here. All the staff members are very friendly. Their upbeat and humble personalities really brightens up the shop and gives off a very positive vibe. I usually order a hazelnut latte or a white chocolate mocha but when Fall time comes around, its all about the pumpkin spiced lattes. The cinnamon dolce latte is another one of my favorites that gets me on my grind. Great place to meet up with friends, family, and even host business meetings.

I really like this Starbucks. Yes the line can be long at times but the team moves you through as quickly as possible. Very friendly staff(in particular Semisi who makes me laugh every time I go there… seriously it’s a very nice way to start your day) and they remembered my name after only twice visiting. The friendly and efficient employees are the reason I’ve made this my new daily location.

I probably get coffee here about twice a week, maybe more. The customer service is always good and the coffee they make always comes out the same. I do feel like in rush hours they can have more then one worker at a time. But over all a great place to get a quick coffee before heading out to work.

On Wednesday morning(11-20-2013) I happened to be away from the Ocean and decided to search using the Unilocal application on my Iphone to find a Starbucks. I was lead directly to this location which is located in the same parking lot as Costco, Costco Gasoline, Verizon Wireless & a Subway sandwich shop. Despite all of the businesses sharing basically the same parking lot I was able to find parking right away. This was a little shocking because this Starbucks seems like it is quite busy in the morning. This Starbucks seems like it is the go to location for a lot of employees who work in the area. I walked inside and there was a little bit of a line but it was moving quickly. I noticed that despite it being 8:30am all of the tables in this location were already taken and all of the patrons occupying the tables all had lap tops so if you are planning on securing a table with your lap top to use the free ‘Wi-Fi’ make sure you come early. While I was waiting in line I also checked out all of the holiday gift ideas and special roasts of coffee that Starbucks is currently selling for the holiday season. What seemed like maybe 1 – 2 minutes it was time to order. I of course ordered a ‘San OB’ which is a large Chamomile tea with an inch of steamed soy on top, 3 packets of organic agave syrup and a couple dashes of cinnamon. The cashier took my order with ease and shortly afterwards provided me with a drink that was made to perfection. I walked over to the condiment section /island and found it despite the amount of traffic this Starbucks was receiving to be pretty dang clean. Before I left I took a quick glance at the floor and the doors and noticed them to be quite clean as well. The staff here was super friendly and as I stated above despite this place being what looks like busy all day the staff here never missed a beat. The staff worked as a team, no one seemed flustered and quite noticeably no customer were returning to the counter complaining their drink was not what was ordered. If and when I am back in the area I will without question come back here. Outdoor seating is available, no drive-thru service. Be careful when traveling in and out of this parking lot the intersections surrounding this location are ‘photo red light’ enforced and that is simply not a letter you want to get in the mail.
