OK Subway. I have ordered through the subway app and also as a walk in. I’ve never really experienced long lines here, maybe becasue they are hidden in the corner behind the costco? Its AOK for a subway. Hot & freshly made when you arrive.

I ordered an foot long hero there and wow it’s made with such love more than generous amounts where placed on it, this was with out me asking which Surprised me a great deal, normally i get clipped pretty bad at subways and feel an attitude like the person behind the counter is unwilling to make it the way u want it which is kinda weird when you’re paying for it, but the woman at this location who helped me went way beyond company standards, i left a tip for her to show my gratitude, she should be in charge of training other employes to see how it is properly done. I had a vary pleasant experience and i will be back.

Very poor service. The girl there was very rude. Did not show any interest in the service of the customers. No wonder this subway has less rating than the others.

You already have an idea what you’re getting at Subway. Sandwiches are not expectacular, but it will fill you up. The reason im giving this particular location 3 stars is because their customer service is always great. I’ll keep going because they always treat me good.

Came here today at 5:30pm to get dinner and the girl who helped me wasn’t very nice. Her name was Diana. She didn’t even say hello or how can I help you tonight. She started off with an attitude and simply said«what kinda bread» I said honey oat please to which she replies wheat. I said honey oat please again so she gets the bread. I told her what sandwich I wanted and it was like she was in another world. Barely talked to me and cold. I asked for avocado and she put it all in one spot so I asked if she could please spread it around so it wasn’t all clumped together. She reluctantly did it and it was still wrong. Then I asked for mayo and honey mustard and instead of putting it on the bread she just put it all over the top and bottom of the sandwich. At the end she couldn’t even manage to tell me my total or be bothered to say anything at all. I said«thank you» and I know she heard me and she just walked away without even as much as a you’re welcome. Diana, you need to learn better customer service skills and I hope your manager reads this so they can help you out. You can’t be cold and rude in the service industry. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there.

Exactly like any other Subway in the world. Completely unextraordinary. I forgot going there.

Not worth writing! If you want good sandwich and customer service this isn’t the place. I live in the neglected part of Los Angeles. So, I am used too the bad service. This one is actually worse. The girl that worked here on 02÷28÷15 between the hours of 6 – 7 pm has a bad customer service rolled her eye many times and I still have to say thank you! Hope the manager get back at her. Until, then my review will stay as is.

I work across the street from this location, so it’s very convenient for me to have breakfast or lunch here. I love their english muffin and flatbread breakfast sandwiches. For lunch I like to get the 6 inch spicy Italian or sometimes the roast beef or meatball. Their bread is baked daily, the veggies are always super fresh, and the overall outcome is a good sandwich. The staff seal the deal for me. Sadly I don’t know names off the top of my head, but there’s a few people who really make me glad I came in.

I really can’t stand this Subway. It’s the worst one I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. I’ve had terrible service every time I have come here and I will never go back. I was trying to give it a chance especially since it’s the closest one to me, but I give up. All of the workers I get to make my sandwiches are rude adults who probably didn’t even graduate high school. They don’t listen and you constantly have to repeat your order(which even then they will make the wrong sandwich) and twice when I asked for a salad they asked if I wanted lettuce in it! How dumb! Of course I want LETTUCE in my salad! What else would I want in there? Bread? That would make it a sandwich! Another time, which drew the line for me, was when I asked for a sandwich and the lady put my meat straight on the nasty counter. I told her to get me new meat and she just flung that meat back into the meat holders for someone else to eat(SO disgusting! She should have thrown it away). She was SO rude and couldn’t be bothered do to her own job. Stay away from this Subway!

I’m gonna write this review for this Subway because damn it, I can! I’m a simple girl, and like myself, I like a simple sandwich. I don’t care what kind of specials they’re running or what fancy sauces and cheeses they do or do not carry. I come here for two reasons: Reason #1: A 6″ Veggie delight on Wheat bread. (Mind you, the wheat bread, like that of all fast food joints is baked to the gills with high fructose corn syrup and other unhealthy crap we all shouldn’t be eating. Do I care? Hell no. I like to think I’m eating healthy because there’s what looks like a salad in my sandwich).
Back to my order… American Cheese. Lettuce. Tomatoes. Bell Peppers. Onions. Olives. Salt. Pepper. Done. Reason #2: I come to this location to avoid being hit on by the doe-eyed 19-year-old lesbian who works at the one closest to my apartment. I feel terrible having to dash that poor girls dreams into the ground each time I leave those glass doors with just a sandwich in my arms and not her… Her pimp game is strong. So I shall continue to frequent this subway location and it’s terrible parking lot until my little minxy-love-muffin has learned that I like my men the way I like my sandwiches… at least, 6 inches.

Just a place to get a sandwich, nothing fancy. Kind of a smaller joint but whenever I’ve gone that doesn’t seem to be a problem. Parking is going to be a little nuts especially if you’re by Costco, but again, I’ve never had a problem. Looking for something new to eat? Try what I make! It’s simple and yummy. 6″ Wheat Bread Turkey Lettuce Tomato Pepperoncini(They call them banana peppers) Jalape Mustard Vineager Simple, but tasty and a little healthier than their pre-made options.

Small place on the same plaza as Costco. Horrible Parking. If you get in to the plaza you will have a hell of a time getting out. They DONOT have feta cheese.(this is ok, I know some other shops don’t have it either). They DONOT have buffalo sauce: I am not sure why they are selling the«buffalo chicken sandwich» but they do not have the buffalo sauce. Instead of an apology that they ran out or don’t carry it, I was told that I was wrong and that the sandwich tasted great with«Ranch sauce». I was told that there was plenty of sauce on the chicken already and I didn’t need any extra I eat at subway maybe 2 to 3 times a week; its near my house, its near my office and its somewhat healthy. Thus I typically am familiar with their menu and more importantly with what I like. This is the first store I found that does not carry«buffalo sauce» to go with the«buffalo chicken sandwich». I know this is a long description just regarding sauce, but I like to be specific and I don’t like when someone tells me that what I want to get on my sandwich is wrong. Oooops! Quote form the post below. «it the same owner as the one on Mindanao & Lincoln so I wont be going there anymore…,» either.

They do not honor the rainy day special(buy one 6inch, get one free). The worker said that it is up to the individual owner to honor promotions/advertisements. Seeing as how it hardly ever rains in So Cal, I can’t imagine it being a financial strain to hand out a few 6in subs if person ventures out when its wet out. it the same owner as the one on Mindanao & Lincoln so I wont be going there anymore, rain or shine.
