The place was quite clean and the staff was friendly. This is a higher level, gourmet Subway sandwich shop. I definitely liked what I ordered but two sandwiches, bagged chips and one soft drink was about $ 23. It was a little steep and the food was good I am not big on sandwiches but my husband talked me into it. He likes eating here for his lunch.

I called four times to place an order for pickup but no answer. This was before the busy lunch hour. Ended up going in and they were playing around. I love Jersey Mikes but not this location.

Grab lunch from this place often because of the convenient location. Staff is always super professional and there’s never trouble with my order!

Went into this location to grab dinner for my family. Ordered a Philly Cheese steak no peppers. As I am waiting, I hear the woman say she put peppers on it on accident. Her male coworker behind the counter says«oh well nothing we can do now.». They hand over my two subs, and ask to confirm there is no peppers on my sandwich and the gentleman says no there isn’t. I get home and to no surprise there are peppers on it. I do give props to the woman who caught her mistake, but two stars for the dude that could have cared less about his customers.

Not the worse and not the best. Simple sandwiches like subway but just more variety. I ordered the BLT and the bacon was cold as heck. Bread wasn’t toasted either. Not my first choice in sandwich spots

Only one star because it smelled to high holy heaven. Walked in the door and got punched in the face with the odor of I don’t know what. They may want to check for a dead body. Got the sandwich and ran!!!

After looking up suggestions on Unilocal for what to eat because I was too hungry to decide, I saw Jersey Mike’s and thought«Why not?» Now, I just got back to my desk to eat what I ordered and realized I never reviewed Jersey Mike’s. I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed this place, since I really do enjoy their sandwiches and think it is much better than Subway. As I currently munch on my delicious Turkey & Provolone sandwich(Mike’s way), I type this review… +Similar style of Subway/deli, where they make it in front of you +++Fresher and tastes better than Subway(I’ve had multiple sandwiches here) +I love the Mike’s way, but you can still make your own alterations to that +Order online available and it was ready in the 15 minutes it said it would be. +You jump ahead upon arrival and go straight to the cashier. –It is a ridiculously long line if you walk in to order. –It’s not for everyone, like my husband isn’t isn’t the biggest fan +The price is decent … in comparison to places like Gjusta or fancier sandwich places, while also not Subway prices(but also not Subway sandwiches) +There is a parking lot for the place. –The parking lot feels fairly small during the lunch hours. BOTTOMLINE — I am a huge fan of this place… so long as I order online ahead of time.

Deifinitely a surprise. For 2 years I have worked down the street until I gave in. The club samdwich was a lot better than I thought it would be. The size of the sandwich was enormous! Yes, it is a little pricy, but it was worth it! Now that Ive stopped going to Subway, Jersey Mikes is the spot.

I used to love going to Jersey Mikes… but this time in particular, their was no meat!!! 6 small slices of meat on my GIANT $ 13.50 sub!!! TERRIBLE!!! where is the meat??? and i asked for extra tomatoes and he moves the tomato down a bit and puts on 2 extra. I SAID ExTRA!!! that means, put another layer of tomatoes on or put at least 6 mrs on between the top tomatoes… I am usually a salad person and trying to stay in shape, however, jersey mikes is one of the few places I eat bread at so that is saying a lot! i wouldn’t recommend getting a salad from here anyways because it is the iceberg lettuce type and its a sub place, not really meant for a salad! so if you are coming here to get a salad i would recommend spending your money elsewhere. In the meantime, JM please put a bit more meat/veggies on the subs! i have gone elsewhere and they are more than adequate with the toppings.

We come here about once a month. They are pretty clean and the kids it for free on Saturday and Sunday rocks. For some reason today, they seemed a little disorganized behind the counter. The grill guy was on a snooze and the line got backed up quickly. It would be great if they could toast the bread slightly.

Visit this spot on the regular with my buddies and it never lets us down. Hands down the best subs in all of California(yes I’m looking at you Ike’s). I wish there were more JM’s in the Bay Area. They have a sweet LMU deal at this location, so bring your student ID. And of course make sure you get it «Mike’s Way».

Taste is good, but the carelessness of the staff in the front has me in doubt. It’s ok that you feel like you didn’t feel like coming to work today or don’t feel like making me a turkey wrap, but don’t take it out on my food!

I loved eating at Jersey Mikes back in Texas — but this was far from disappointing. I ordered the veggie sub — Mike’s way — to go. The sandwich was drenched in oil and leaked through both the sandwich wrapping and through the brown bag I carried the sandwich in. The veggies weren’t crisp, but rather soggy. The sandwich was a huge mess to eat. I actually had to start eating it with a fork and knife because the oil was just everywhere. The sandwich size are fairly well priced for their portions. I’m not sure if someone just got a little happy with the oil and vinegar, but it really killed the entire sandwich. It’s probably best to hold on the oil and vinegar if you do come here to eat, but personally you’re better off going to subway and getting a veggie foot long for cheaper and with more veggies to offer. I’m so disappointed Jersey Mikes! You guys were supposed to be more awesome than this.

Free birthday sub. I thought their prices are high. Good sandwich but not worth the money. I will be back next year on my birthday.

I love Jersey Mike’s! I come to this location probably 3 or 4 times a week as it’s close to my office. These days I get the #9 on wheat Mike’s way with provolone. The staff, especially Chris, are always awesome. I love that Chris always remembers my order and makes my visits very pleasant. It’s the main reason I keep coming back!

I’ve been to this specific JM2 times. Both times we had great service and the line moved quickly. There was a lot of space to sit inside do we didn’t have to wait for anyone to move, which wad nice. My fiancé and I drive 40 minutes to eat at this specific location. My first time I was a bit frustrated because they assume you’ve been before and know exactly what they mean when they ask you what you want. Umm what are your options? Otherwise, great job guys!

I am kind of shocked. I didn’t think there was a sandwich in this world that could be utterly unenjoyable. Yup, this place managed to do just that. Bland, bland, bland. Why two stars? The quality was not bad. The taste was tho.

We came in to take advantage of «kids eat free» Sat & Sun. While ordering the server said the kids sandwiches were small. That’s okay, we are just here to try things so let’s see. yes they were small, but you can’t complain about free. Wife had a meatball. I had a cheese steak. My steak was good, including the bread. They nuked the roll, I thought that was strange. Good sammy, only moderate value. So far I’m not completely sold on this place, but I appreciate the effort and the offer.

Here’s a tip… stay away. .. $ 7 for a samich — unless its real. .. i dont think so. They use that crappy turkey that comes in a big clump and then slice. Sorry, but im not gonna go back unless im really desperate. p. s. i originally came here cause they gave me a free one for my birthday; thus, the 2 stars.
