The only reviews I saw for this place were on google reviews, and all three were 1⁄5 stars. But I really didn’t want to drive to Monterey to have a few shirts dry cleaned. Most of the complaints about this place were«unprofessional employee» «person on phone didn’t speak English» «bad service» and one of them was«they took two days longer so I’m never coming back again». Let me clarify something: the place is apparently owned by an Asian couple(surprise? Not really, every dry cleaning/altering place I’ve been to has Asian owners) and also not surprisingly, the older Asian lady that takes your order speaks poor English(hence the«bad phone service» some person bitched about) and she had to ask me how to spell«re-hem»(hence the complaint about them being unprofessional) I can’t defend the complaint about getting a late order, but I can tell you that probably every other complaint is due to a language barrier — it is no surprise that there is some miscommunication when an older Asian lady who can barely speaks English takes your dry cleaning order. What I can tell you is that the lady that took my order was extremely friendly with a huge smile, and diligent as possible in taking my order — seriously, I haven’t been to any place where the person that helps you is so friendly. My only complaint is that I think its a bit pricey, but I’m from the Central Valley so that is normal. Give them a break people, did you just move to America? Sometimes you have to get off your throne and deal with someone who doesn’t speak English as well as you do

My first experience with this dry cleaners the price is moderate the staff are friendly. The dry cleaning and press were Great the only reason I didn’t rate higher was they refused my expensive shirts which is better than destroying them, but still inconvenient so i have to find a french laundry to dry clean and press those separately.
