Came here with my family during visiting day at IWU. Food was mediocre and wasn’t fresh. To top it all off there was a ginormous spider crawling around on our table until my aunt beat it to death with a menu. Probably will not come back!

First time at marion bdubs and our waitress couldn’t answer simple questions about the menu, food was extremely greasy. Two of the workers were sitting around taking pictures together on their phone when we walked in. And one worker is carrying her infant around.

I was in Marion for a business meeting so my co-worker and I decided to have dinner here. She had eaten at this chain at other locations and recommend it, this was my first time. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the entire restaurant. The front door was covered with hand and finger prints and although tables had been bussed, they had not been cleaned. The waitress had to clean the table top before we could sit and I noticed several tables the same way. It was not crowded and appeared well staffed but it was filthy. The floor was covered with food debris and no effort was made to clean it up. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was very dry. As I said before, this was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and it will definitely be my last.

Hit it miss in service. The food service is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ at best 3 stars or more. We come here for lack of better places in the area.

I played eenie meenie miney moe for the stars. They got a two star not the foe!
Be prepared for Jekyll and Hyde at this place. You know the food. Here it could be good, really good, bad or just awful. Service is always marginal except for two or three servers. Drinks are decent. That’s all for now! BTW, our take out order that was ordered at 6pm, promised by 7 was delivered at 7:38. The manager did give us two comp sodas and a $ 20 gift card.

A year ago I would have given this bdubs 1 star. New management and a fun staff has completely changed my mind. Faster service and the food is so much better.

If you come here with a group, bring a tent, your gonna be here a while– it is very slow. And maybe bring a microwave, because in the numerous times I have come, my food has never been hot. But they have a lot of TVs, so yea.

The service is slow, often rude-ish, the prices on the high side… if you’re a sports fan looking for a place to watch the game this is an appropriate spot. If you’re looking to have a dinner with any type of conversation– choose another place as the walls of flat screens and open floor plan will seem a little ADD.

It is a chain but I still like the atmosphere, the backless bar stools are rough on the hind side and there isn’t much of a variety on the menu but what they do have is pretty good, service has been slow but friendly every time I’ve been there, its a good place to bring a date or the family if you like wings
