Great Pizza, but we had horrible service. Our server was in horrible mood. We could see the kitchen from where were sitting, and she was arguing about something with co workers/boss. That definitely showed in her service. I gave it 3 stars as maybe it would have been a better experience if she was in a better mood or we had a different server. Go for the pizza not service!

If all they offered was their pizza, I would probably only give them 2 stars. However, their subs are THE BOMB and worth an extra star.
The staff could stand to be a little more friendly and professional, but I never really expect great service from fast-food joints anyway.
We ordered our subs online for carry-out, and it was a little confusing trying to build them without knowing how much extra veggies/toppings were going to cost, so we ended up having to edit each of our sandwiches a few times until we figured it out. They also don’t give you a choice of cheese, which I found to be a bit odd.
All of that being said, my wife and I both really enjoyed our subs. The (wheat) bread is probably the best of any sandwich place I’ve ever been to.
Marco’s can definitely improve on some aspects, but if I’m ever in the mood for a good sandwich, I would choose them over Subway any day of the week!
