So I stopped into Subway to get a sub to eat before my shift a work. I ordered a footlong tuna salad on 7-grain wheat. Not toasted, added pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, onion and cucumber. Ah… it looked soooo good. The girl at the register was super friendly as she checked me out and handed my sandwich to me. I got to work just early enough to enjoy my sandwich and clock in. My mouth was watering in anticipation. I sat down and unwrapped the sub… what…is…this??? A ham & bologna concoction dripping in oil and mayo. WTF??? Now I am just really confused. There were 2 people in front of me and no one behind me. The first guy ordered a meatball sub with no veggies. I remember thinking«that sounds healthy». The girl with the guy ordered something not toasted, with a list of things on it. I now know what the list of things entailed. I am just dumbfounded! How did I end up with her sub. I am still scratching my head. Never the less, I did not get to enjoy my tuna salad sub. Sadly I called the store to inform them of their unbelievable mistake only to find the line busy for 20 mins. Unfortunately I had to start my shift and forget about my experience. I did, however, send Subway this nice letter about my experience. I sincerely hope this was an honest mistake and not lack of paying attention to details… like giving the right person the right sub. I still don’t believe it happened(head shaking).

I really like this Subway because it’s clean, the employees are always courteous and polite, and you can’t go wrong with Subway, it’s always fresh, made to order, and inexpensive, I love Subway!
