Zoomers Skate Club

With its old-​school décor and classic rental skates Zoomers will take you back to the parties of your childhood.
We went with a good size group on a Saturday night for their adult skate (see site for calendar) and had a time I’d definitely recommend.
Considering the age of the place and the wear and tear I’m sure it sees, everything is in fairly good repair. Perhapse the parking lot could use some more lighting, as it is in an industrial lot, but I did not get an unsavory vibe. At the end of the day though you really only need their DJ to play the songs that get everyone out and enjoying themselves. Oh and for those who have not so much as heard the word skate in years and «need» liquid courage, they currently allow BYOB.
The staff members were very friendly and sveral clearly have spent good time practicing and polishing their skills. A bambi leg novice myself, it’s fascinating to watch. I have no doubt that several of us will head back soon enough.
