Dunkin Donut Baskin Robbins

Worst service EVER! So I walk in and wait in front of the ice cream counter for service as the cashier completes the transaction with a customer that was there prior to me getting there. I’m patiently waiting well she’s putting the whip cream and cherry on top of the sundae and then proceeds to ring up that customer. Another customer walks in behind me and the dumb cashier decides to take care of him as she staring at me knowing damn well that I was there before that customer walked in. After waiting for five minutes I walked out with out the ice cream. As far as I’m concerned that Baskin-​Robbins Dunkin’ Donuts will never I repeat never get my money again. It’s absolutely the worst service ever and trust me it’s better off driving to country club Hills for good service along with the ice cream. I would give them zero stars but you have to give them one which is ridiculous they should be able to be zero because that’s about the level of service that they’ve given.

I went here before closing hours, and they turned their lights off. I even saw someone walk in, and they served him. Bad customer service, and you guys lost money.

This particular dunkin use to be good experience… Lately they have been very slow moving during the hours of 7am-​9am don’t stop here if your in a hurry. Very long drive through lines. The inside service even slower. Everyone is running around unorganized.

Ok, I gave up donuts and ice cream for lent… but torture myself nonetheless and stopped in for an iced coffee and LOVED the smell, at least!
