Very small portions but good. The coffee is the best. Much better than one would expect from a café/dinner.

I want this place to be good. Unfortunately, much worse than expected. The Cubano Benedict was unmitigated disaster, the pork on it was clearly very old and spoiled, the eggs were raw inside, the Dijon hollandaise was inedibly sour, and the whole dish was cold to boot.(That pork in particular should’ve never made it out of the kitchen) This isn’t a personal preference thing, it was terrible. Service was prompt and friendly. All the different Pancakes were fluffy and tasty(but didn’t get the real me old syrup we were promised). They promptly took the Benedict off our bill.

Audrey’s is a lovely little place with skillfully prepared food at reasonable prices. On my last visit I had Eggs Benedict, and mopped up every bite. The plates are not huge, this is not an American-diner style restaurant. Audrey’s is a café, with more emphasis on quality and preparation. A very comfortable dining room, open and mostly tables, not booths. Nice staff, easy to find. I agree, it’s odd that they don’t include potatoes, however my husband and I decided that not having to pay for something we probably were only going to pick at was a nice change. I am guessing that’s why Audrey’s took potatoes off the plate– too many coming back and thrown away. So you order a side, or, like we did– a short stack of caramel cranberry pecan pancakes, oh my!

1 star for the kitchen, 5 for the waiter, 5 for the manager, who comped our breakfast. Not only were patrons who sat down after us served before us, some finished and paid their bill before our breakfast arrived — poached eggs dead hard, toast with no color, bacon unremarkable. The place was Saturday-morning busy, not slammed, and the waitstaff was on top of things but the kitchen was on hangover-speed. We drove farther than usual because Audrey’s has always been a huge hit. New owner, they say, whose best attribute seems to be giving her manager latitude to make things right and defending her restaurants on Unilocal and other boards. I’m sure you’ll see her post a response to this. It’s a tough business but Audrey’s simply had to be run as it had been.

Sunday breakfast. Crowded and somewhat slow; understandable. But order a three egg omelet, only to find out they do not include home fries? What’s up with that? Omelet was delicious however.

One of my favorite places to stop while I’m out on a day trip. Cozy home cookin. Very towny; everyone in there seems to know each other. The wait staff makes you feel like they know you, too!

Food was good, cute little spot near Monadnock. Service was a bit slow, but you could see they were working hard to get everyone taken care of.

Local flavor. Friendly waitstaff. Great breakfast! Daily specials with interesting combinations. Sit by the east window for a view of the babbling brook.

Really loved this place. The outside is pretty unassuming but walking in, the place is very open and bright. The waitress was friendly and helpful with suggestions. They’re biscuits are the best I’ve had in New England and the homefries were well-seasoned and my eggs weren’t too greasy and perfectly runny. My new go-to breakfast place(currently living in Keene)

Terrible. I can’t think of anything redeeming about this place. The parking is terrible. Terrible location on a very busy road. Food was very greasy and uninspiring. Breakfast isn’t served all day even though they are only open until 2PM ish. I really don’t understand that at all. I wouldn’t go back again. Other reviews confuse me.

We’ve passed Audrey’s too many times to count over the years, but finally decided to stop in for breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and the food excellent. Nice open dining room. And the food was excellent. They make everything to order, but luckily it was early enough that we didn’t have to wait forever for our food. The pancakes were fantastic. Will definitely be heading back there for breakfast soon!

When you’re visiting your Wife’s family in deep rural New Hampshire during the holiday and you wake up after breakfast(because of jet lag) and everyone else is out of the house and you don’t want to cook, Audrey’s is pretty much your option. And this is a good thing. Audrey’s is like the local nerve center that joins several small cities together. Behind me two sherrifs were carbing up for the day and chatting with the waitress about their holiday gifts. A woman came in carrying a pie. Another table had a hipster couple(maybe from Boston or New York) eating with an elderly local looking couple(probably the guys grandparents). It’s a place where if you’re a lone stranger(especially reading a Parker novel about a tough loner) you could feel very out of place. But the staff is super friendly and warm and the food is very good. It’s all made to order so it’s fresh and a tad slow, no canned eggs here. The coffee is good and keeps on coming.

Ate three meals a day here for a couple of long weekends when cleaning out my Grandparent’s house. The food is delicious and affordable and the staff are amazing — always friendly and quick with recommendations. I will stop in *any* time I’m within 10 miles of the place!

Eskimo pie… the lodge… rotary club… all part of this building and location’s past. The food is okay. But, the important part is that this is the kind of place where, if you know the matriarch of the local town, you can tell Audrey’s that she(the matriarch) is on her way, and the restaurant will stay open past 7:30 pm. Small town is right at home here.

Traditional New England home cooking with a fun twist. Audrey’s is great for breakfast on the weekends, equally good for lunch or dinner. For breakfast I love the way they cook eggs and omelets. Think Seafood Omelet, light as air, moist, filled with scallops and topped with a shrimp Mornay Sauce. Or Creole Eggs, two perfectly poached eggs on English Muffins, topped with a sauce that had to be long-simmered. It was rich and dense with bits of shredded pork and green peppers. Love Audrey’s French Toast, topped with minced walnuts and cinnamon.

I love this place. I have been coming here since they opened. It is one of the only places in the area where you can get biscuts and gravy. They have very good omlets too. The waitstaff is always very nice. Can’t go in there without seeing someone I know on a Sunday morning. I have had lunch here a few times as well and it is also very good. The fried chicken is excellent if you find them open for dinner. An excellent breakfast spot in a place where there aren’t many.

Cute little country restaurant located in the boonies on Route 101 in Dublin, just east of the Marlborough TL. I’ve driven by Audrey’s Café countless times on my long drives between Albany(NY) and Manchester. Many times, the place is closed(on my early Monday red-eye drives). They are open for breakfast and lunch(Tues-Sun) and dinner(Thurs-Sat), closed Mondays. I happened to be driving through the area on a sunny Tuesday morning, so I made a pitstop here for lunch. The atmosphere inside is very casual. It’s an open dining room with country décor, wood floors, high ceilings and exposed beams and tables and booths(seat yourself). I was given a lunch menu which offers soups, salads, starters, sandwiches, burgers, seafood, pasta dishes, comfort foods, Pepsi beverages, frappes, and desserts. Kids menu and beer/wine list available. Daily specials are posted. The prices here are fair: sandwiches(served with pickle & chips $ 3-$ 8) and mid day dinners($ 7-$ 13). I ordered the Pork Pie($ 6.50) served with vegetable or salad. The food arrived quickly with the Pork Pie(classic Tourtière served with pork gravy), which tasted okay, a bit of a mess with chunks of ground pork and lots of gravy. The stewed tomatoes & zucchini were on the lukewarm side. To end the meal, I had the Amaretto Torte Cake($ 4.95) with colorful jimmies, which was a pretty sweet dessert. The service was pretty good and attentive. The food was good enough to tide me over for the rest of my drive to Manchester. I still had lots of work to do at the office.
