Visited this place a few times no longer go anymore. The first experience was good, I mean I ordered a sandwich, they cooked it in a reasonable time, didn’t drop it and got it to me. However on subsequent visits, I found the food to be not fresh, at peak lunch time no less and the expediting of the kitchen slow. Keeping the place clean is a low priority too, many a table was in need of a cleaning.

Stopped in for a steak and cheese with mushroom. Cooked to perfection! Staff was quick and funny. I’d been here at least 20 times in the past and it’s great to know the service/quality is still like it was back then.

It’s D’angelos. You know what to expect. The only reason I’m even writing a review is to provide a tip for others. I placed an in the morning order on-line for pick up at 2:30. Received my confirmation email. Showed up at 2:30 to pick up my sandwich. It wasn’t ready. No big deal. Except the woman yells from the back«you need to give us an hour at least before you just show up.» Excuse me? Just show up? I placed an order. Showed them my confirmation e-mail stamped at 10:58 am. The guy looks at me and says«Do you want us to make it even though the ticket didn’t print out?» It is what it is but if you place an order on-line I’d suggest giving them a call to make sure they received it.

I love the service at this place. The lady who works there is awesome and I always get a good sandwich. I try a new one each time. Usually runs around $ 10 for the combo(Chip, Sandwich, Drink)

I’ve gotten sandwiches a few times here for myself and sometimes for my whole office. It’s the same, you know, D’Angelo’s. Not really worthy of a review. Today, though, I needed food at a specific time and wouldn’t have time to call for it in advance. When browsing online ordering, I saw that I could actually choose the date and time for delivery. Joy! So this time, I didn’t actually visit the store. I ordered online. Yesterday. For delivery @12:45pm today to accompany a business meeting between 2 executives at 1pm. The food came just after noon and the chips were wrong(ordered BBQ got baked — you’d think a phone call for a substitution would happen). More importantly, I ordered A DAYINADVANCE to have the food hot and right on time for this meeting. The food is useless to me now. When my execs got here it would have been cold and sitting there. To recap: 2 sandwiches. 2 bags of chips. 4 failures.(The waters were right and still usable.) Also, the driver dumped off my order with the receptionist and left before I could check it, too. I could have, at that point, pointed out how he’s early and perhaps gotten a correction in time. I tried called but they asked me to hold and I didn’t have time for that. I tossed it out and ran out to Quiznos to pick up similar items for my execs to eat instead(no time to get more D’Angelos and not sure that I would anyway). I got the Quiznos orders back hot and on time. Happy execs!(No thanks to D’Angelos.) I was originally very excited to be able to plan in advance and not have to worry about getting everything last minute. I will not make this mistake again.

Its D’Angelos, You know what you are gonna get — they are all the same… Here the guys are all nice enough & can take an order over the phone without messing it up… Its always dead when I go in so no wait… Will definitely be back!
