I stood at the register for 5 minutes. 3 employees walked by, not one asked if I had ordered. When someone did finally come over she didn’t say one word. I ordered, handed her a 20 gave me change. That was it. I waited 10 more minutes for my egg sandwich. I like panera in general. But not this one.

I just tried to buy bearclaws on a Sunday morning. They were out at 9:30am. This is the very last time I come to this store. The manager didn’t give a crap.

I couldn’t believe the negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience when I visited yesterday. I think it was the manager who helped me –and she was very sweet! I can see how this store is a little understaffed, but by looking at the foot traffic, it has enough and not that bad to get less than 4 star review. Maybe it’s the reviewers who are negative people. I believe Panera would be more than happy to give them a refund or replacement if the food doesn’t meet their expectation. Unbelievable.

My dog eats better than what I consumed at Panera. Not only did they forget the chips and bread, my turkey bravo had several pieces of cartilage in it. I literally threw up this sandwich after having sharp cartilage wedged in my throat. If you want the DOGFOOD experience, Panera is the way to go

I sampled the blueberry, Asiago cheese, sesame seeds, everything, raisins cinnamon and plain bagels. The blueberry bagel and raisins cinnamon had a hint of sweetness. The Asiago cheese and the blueberry bagels were my favorites. I would suggest the 8 oz. reduced fat chives and onion cream cheese with a whipped texture. The 8 oz. plain cream cheese had a thick texture. The wild blueberry reduced fat cream cheese was sweet. The spread contained dried blueberries. The cardboard bag printed«Bagel hero’ was amusing. It fitted nicely all bagels and cream cheeses.

Surprised with some of the reviews on here. Panera is a busy place no matter which location you go to. At this particular panera, I really have no complaints. Line moved quickly, I did find a booth to sit in even though it was lunch time, and the food was great. I tried the steak and arugula sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was that near the trash there were a TON of dirty dishes. Almost had no room for mine however, after I jammed my dirty dishes onto the thing, I noticed someone was coming over to clean it up. This location was clean for the most part, and has a nice touch with the fireplace.

Although I do enjoy their bagels the grill cheese was the worst I ever had. Got the«pick 2» so called deal. Got the turkey chili which was pretty good(4.59) & half grill cheese(3.59) that looked and tasted like a slather of cheese wiz between toast.

Came in today, waited in line for a while while I saw one of the cashiers spit into the garbage can(GROSS). Let me say this is the worst service I have ever received. Neil, one of the cashiers Is absaloutley horrible. He completely ignored us in line and let somebody in back of us order first!!! Unreal. Neil needs to learn how to treat customers.

This is the worst panara that I have ever been to. I have never had my order done correctly at this location. The staff are not only rude but they completely ignore you. None of them look happy to be working there and I’m sorry but that shows in the quality of service and food. My food always appears to be slapped together carelessly and it takes forever for them to get a simple sandwich out. I really do enjoy the food that most Paneras provide and that’s why I have kept coming back. But this is the last time. It makes me depressed to come into this location. :/

Similar to Red, I live nearby and come here maybe once a month, typically when I’m trying to grab something on the way out of town. I’ve learned to try to call in my order in hopes of getting the food sooner. This last time, they asked when I would be there. I said 5 minutes, they didn’t think they would be done that quickly and let me know. No problem. I walked in 15 minutes later, checked out, and they hadn’t even started to make my order. The place was empty. I got on the road and the order was wrong. I have never left here not annoyed by the service, and it’s not a busy place. It doesn’t matter if you order there or call it in. I really need to find a better place to grab some tasty food. At this point, the gas station is a better choice.

We live down the street from this Panera and we order from it frequently. Nearly EVERYSINGLETIME we get a takeout order, we discover something wrong with it by the time we get home. Sometimes it’s the wrong side, but usually it’s some key ingredient missing from a salad or sandwich. Today we got two Cobb Chicken Salads with Avocado and BOTH were missing the AVOCADO. And it’s never quite worth the effort of going back and dealing with the manager, because we’re hungry and just want to eat it and be done with it. We also learned early on that ordering online was not an option, because that was invariably screwed up even worse. It’s ridiculous.

Some Paneras are good and some aren’t. This one isn’t. They(the manager mostly) seem to have a nonchalant attitude toward their job. Two hours after opening there is no ice tea ready(and no cut lemon either). This has happened multiple times recently. Of course they are happy to take your money for things they choose not to provide. This latest time I brought this situation directly to the attention of the manager. He did not apologize or even offer a refund. He turned his back on me and walked away. What killed me was the non caring attitude he displayed. Not only to me, but in front of other customers and the staff. If this is the way this manager handles deficiencies, he is well on his way to wrecking this store. Nothing good can come from a restaurant manager who isn’t interested in doing his job.

Love the food here… it’s absolutely delicious. All their dishes are great… I especially love their Chicken Cobb salad and their Brocolli Cheddar soup! Breads and bagels are amazing and so are their desserts! This location is convenient and the staff seems nice! Great for business lunch or take out!

Despite several lackluster reviews here, I found this location to be very adequate, convenient, and reasonably clean and comfortable inside. They even offer a little outdoor area in the warmer moths, which is nice. This location is fairly big, and although it can get busy at times, there is ample parking and seating area inside. The restaurant is pleasing to the eye when you walk in, and everything seemed to be fairly organized and clean. I felt the staff was also courteous and professional, which goes a long way. The food is very constant with any panera bread, and I find it creative and tasty, even if it’s a bit on the pricey side. I can’t complain about that though: I chose to go here! You get what you pay for… if you don’t like the prices here, there’s a McDonald’s and Wendy’s across the street… Overall, it’s a good Panera bread location. There’s nothing extraordinary about it, but on the other hand, there’s nothing that I feel is seriously lacking. If I’m in the mood for Panera bread, I don’t hesitate to use this location. I will eat here again.

This is probably one of the worst Panera’s I’ve ever been to. Almost every time we order our order gets messed up or stuff is missing. They half ass prepping/making the food. The managers are rude even when they mess up and they obviously have no idea how to do their job. I used to work for a different Panera that’s part of the same franchise and the owners should be ashamed of how this location is run. HIRENEWMANAGERSASAP!

Disappointed would be the word I would use to describe my lunch today. I ordered a soup in a bread bowl. However, whom ever carved out the bread bowl left no room for soup. Listen up Panera, I have a choice where to dine. It is a pity you can’t live up to the standards of the franchise as I have experienced at other stores

I have been to this location several times. A few for small orders and several for catered lunches for our office. I would recommend asking for Kenny — he has always prepared our catering orders perfectly and we never have a problem!

I love the Asiago Roast Beef but in trying to stay on Points Plus the Pick Two with the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad and Bean Soup won. The Black Bean soup was more filling than I thought it would be and am glad I only got a cup vs a bowl. It was a nice combo. I can see how one full bowl would be a meal. My little one got the Broc Cheddar soup and didn’t like it because it was thin more on the broth side rather than on the chowder side. We took it home and I eventually ate it and thought it had a good taste but agreed it was thinner than I would have liked too. I do really love their low fat Wild Berry Smoothie too but was able to resist and stick to the plan. I like the option of sitting outside although looking out into the parking lot like many of the other locations isn’t the best.
