This is the best OfficeMax store.
The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful and the clearance section is amazing!
Definitely better than Staples or most other office supply stores.
Right on Route 20 in Marlborough, in the RK Centre.

Great in a jiffy. Its always eerily empty, but staff is nice and they have most of the items I need for my business. Clean, close.

The store is a ghost town. Very hard to find someone to ask a question. The store is dull and drab. Minimal selection and average prices. Staples is way better for quality, service and price.

Cashier was taking her time chatting on the phone, hardly even looked at me. Waited like 5 minutes just to pay. Hire another cashier they are like 8 buck an hour.

Horrible. This past Saturday night, I needed to pick up some invitations for my friends sons birthday because she was sick. I checked the website to confirm what I already believed to be a 9:00p closing time. I rushed and arrived at 8:47 and, as soon as I pulled up, watched all the staff disappear from sight only to find the doors locked. I called the store and they said they closed early and couldn’t help me. Of course the store hours weren’t posted on the door so I couldn’t argue having no tangible proof on my end.
Maybe i overreacted but i do t see how you can just decide to close a large store early. It probably doesn’t get many customers at that time but still, I should have been allowed in. For me to call the store shows just how angry I was.
