This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to and I only go there because it’s convenient on my way to work. I think they hire anyone they can find off the streets because the people there are not fully with it. I had to repeat my order 4 times. Their machine is always broken. I had to wait 15 minutes at the drive-through counter once. They also got my order wrong even after they asked me 4 times what I wanted. Now I am sitting in bitter misery chewing on a stale bagel that I paid way too much for.

This DD is perfect if you’re driving TO 495, but if you’re driving FROM 495, you can’t make a left turn into their parking lot. You have to drive quite a ways past to get to a place where you can make a legal u-turn. Unpleasing.
Once that’s done, it’s a good DD with the usual excellent coffee.

One of those early morning places you’d love to visit. Fresh hot coffee teamed with a donut = an amazingly tasty start to your day! :D
Very clean place with cheerful employees and a wide range of donuts to choose from.
