Purchasing a new home with a pool, I was clueless what to do. I tried to call another pool service company and they pretty much blew me off because they were busy. I stumbled on this company when I was in town and went there for help. Although he knew he would not make money off of me because the house was upstate PA, he still spent a lot of time helping me with questions and recommendations.
It’s not often that people are so helpful, even when they know you won’t be spending money with them. He was honest and gave great advice. I would strongly recommend using this pool service for anyone in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I still may be able to give them some business from a closer branch. Hopefully I can.
