What a disappointment! The fried calamari was the worst I have ever had. I had the Strawberry Balsamic Chicken salad. The mixed greens should be called iceberg lettuce with a few field greens. The customer service, also bad. A terrible experience.

First time at Brio. Had been looking forward to it Made reservation through open table –didnt seem necessary when we arrived at 5 but absolutely recommend at 6:30 when we were leaving. Terrible congestion at door –really need a new plan for guests arriving and departing. We ordered an appetizer of spinach dip that was very similar to any other. Nothing special. Very buttery and almost greasy –but the crisps that accompanied the dip were delicious. Crispy crunchy hint of cheese and garlic. Perfectly baked I was torn between salad, pasta, or a meat dish. Haha. Never eaten here before didn’t know the specialty Decided on chicken limone. It was served with mashed potatoes & veggies. Potatoes cold Veggies were warmer under the chicken and tasty. Chicken was a bit over battered and dry. Sauce was delicious but not enough of it. Other dishes at my table were the filet tips and salmon fresco. Apparently perfectly delicious because I looked over and both plates were wiped clean. Lol. My boyfriend had the half baked chicken. Smaller portion then what he expected but he enjoyed it –from the veggies to the mashed potatoes. Which were hot Would I go back. Yes. The desserts were excellent. Triple chocolate cake and molten brownie –Yum!

Absolutely love this place. I used to live a mile away from this Marlton branch before we moved to California. Now there’s no Brio anywhere near me. I truly miss the happy hour. Food and drink $ are awesome during happy hour. Food is delicious. Service is excellent. My favorite is the grilled pork chops. Unbelievable. Calamari is great too. All happy hour dishes are great. C’mon California. You need to bring more Brio in the Golden State.

Ate here on Saturday 1÷9÷16. We made a reservation ahead of time, were seated pretty quickly. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. Would definitely visit again.

We will NOT be back. Although the food was absolutely delicious, the service was not worth it whatsoever. We showed up with 8:15PM reservations on New Year’s Eve and were told by the host that they were running behind by about 20 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we were seated. Their procedure for calling those who were waiting was ridiculous. Instead of calling a name, seeing that person was no longer there(most left due to the long wait), instead of moving on to the next person with a reservation at that time who was clearly waiting by the hostess station, they simply proceeded to wait even longer until another name was«cleared» to be called. After speaking with the hostess manager, we were presented with an attitude and the mention that this is «how it works.» Thankfully, the manager allowed a free round of drinks in an attempt to make up for the insane wait time. However, we still will not be back.

Wonderful environment, lit nicely but a bit loud. Track lighting at kitchen kill the mood with too much glare. Grilled salmon with veggies looked good. Do not order the shrimp & crab cakes as its all filling with hard to find meat. Almost sent them back but my wife asked me not to. Great price for a kids +12″ pizza. My kids split one. Cappuccino was about cold. Ugg.

We have had our company holiday party at Brio for the past 3 years. We are usually in the outside covered porch area. The place is just great. The atmosphere in that room is perfect for us. The catering and events manager was great to work with and very accommodating. They usually allocate two servers to our group and they were terrific! Always made sure drinks were refilled and needs were anticipated and met. Just awesome. The food was excellent as well! Most of us ordered off the special menu and had the bisque and the surf and turf. It was awesome! The steak was cooked perfectly and in an awesome sauce with shrimp and scalloped potatoes. We pre ordered an array of appetizers and they were great as usual. I can’t say enough how perfect this place is for our company gatherings. I very strongly recommend it to everyone!

My family and I visited this restaurant recently. I usually don’t go here but decided to try a different place this time. The server was a racist and discriminated against our table. We waited for 15 minutes before he even came over to greet us. Before he came, another server said that he would be right with us. We saw him wait on every table around us but NEVER even stopped briefly to tell us he would be right with us. We were«invisible» to him. I observed him wait on the white customers and he was so very attentive, pleasant. I will NOT visit again.

Great service manager William Dacruz took care of a dinner order mistake with giving me a terrific appetizer till correction was made. The kind gesture was provided with a touch of his great personality and great sense of business. The other employee kaley was the best bartender and our waitress terrific! This restaurant is TOP. On our list. Always!!!

stopped in during lunch on my way home from work. it was nice and quiet but the staff is always nice when i go to this location. i love their soup/salad combo during lunch, it’s only $ 10! I always get the lobster bisque and wedge salad. delicious! I’ve also been here for a baby shower brunch, it was set up really nicely in a private room. no complaints here, love Brio! My usual go to Entrée is the chicken milano :)

I hardly ever write reviews but feel compelled to here. The food at Brio is very average. It is simple classic Italian dishes with no unique twists or flavors; the modern Olive Garden that’s more expensive and no better taste. I had the salmon which was slightly overcooked but decent. What really bothered me is after ordering our entrees, both my girlfriend and I were asked if we’d «like a soup or salad». We both ordered the lobster bisque. When the bill came I was charged for both soups, $ 6 each. When I pointed out to the waitress that I’ve never been posed the question of «soup or salad» without it being an implied compliment to the meal she shrugged her shoulders and said«nope» and left the charge on the bill. Terrible customer service and communication. A true 1 star that I do not recommend.

I’ve only been to Brio once and only once, but my family and I went to this location in Marlton a week or two after its grand opening a few years ago. It was summertime, so we were seated outside which felt like a palace so it was absolutely beautiful. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Our food that night felt very delayed. Other tables around us would get their appetizers and entrees before us when they were seated well after us. We disregarded it as maybe it was a busy night so it took longer than usual, but after an hour waiting time, the waitress realized that we still didn’t get our food. She informed us that the chefs completely forgot to put in our order, and the manager came out to our table and apologized profusely. He decided our entire meal from appetizers, dinner, and dessert would be on the house and after about two hours we finally got our dinner. Aside from being on the house, Brio was delicious to say the least. Everything was very pricey, but it was a great one time experience.

Good«chain» Italian fare. The $ 4.00 extra Caesar salad that can be added to the dinner could have been ALLOT bigger. Plate was deceptively large but not deep! Waitstaff was very nice. My beef and pappardelle entrée was very good.

I think this is a pretty dining establishment located in a great shopping plaza! The Promenade. Great knowledgeable staff, timely friendly service, comparable prices and great food!

Should have checked Unilocal rating before dining here. Calamari appetizer was good, entrees were fair, but the downer was they charged $ 3 for a glass of seltzer. Thus the 3 star rating. Server was efficient and pleasant.

We started the evening looking for dinner at nearby PF Changs but the wait at 6PM was nearly an hour and a half. Fast, ersatz Chinese food isn’t worth that much of a wait. So, with 3 adults and 2 starving kids looking for a meal, I hit Unilocal and found that Brio was in the same mall and the reviews, while mixed, didn’t warn us off. We were seated immediately in the loud, cavernous space and handed both adult and kids menus. Our young waiter(I have shoes older than this kid) greeted us with, «so how you guys doing?» — and we were one male, two females and two kids. Somebody has to teach these folks how to say welcome to Brio, my name is,(fill in the blank) … We ordered our drinks and we were promised bread soon… And eventually they came. Alas, the bread wasn’t worth waiting for. I can’t say for sure what kind it was, but it definitely wasn’t traditional Italian(or very good). My wife said it may be sour dough… In an Italian restaurant in NJ — 3,000 miles from Fisherman’s Wharf. Ok, I confess, I don’t like sour dough bread. There were crisp triangles of flat bread in the basket too, my wife said they were spicy and good. My wife and niece had the grilled shrimp, I had their take on chicken Marsala. The ladies liked their shrimp — I tried one shrimp and thought it acceptable, but that’s it. I started with a rather tasty lobster bisque but the few chunks of meat floating in the broth chewed like some lobster substitute. Monk fish? We all shared a decent tomato and mozzarella salad as a starter although the tomatoes were slightly past their prime. My chicken dish was odd. The mashed potatoes were dry and lacked any strong flavor. The side of mixed vegetables too lacked seasoning. The chicken was a generous portion covered in a tasty mushroom sauce. However, the chicken was over cooked and, you guessed, needed seasoning. And, most surprising, I didn’t finish my dish. That almost never happens. There are so many much better Italian food options around that I often wonder why chain restaurants as ordinary as this are so popular. Verdict — Acceptable but uninspired food. Amateur service. $ 20 per person tab. You make the call.

We had a party of 10 and they seated us immediately. The servers were very nice and patient considering must of our party were children. The food came out in a very reasonable time considered the place started to fill up. The food was very good. I ordered a peach Bellini which was excellent.

Here for happy hour with my coworker. Very surprised to know the happy our is from 3:30−6 and 9 to close. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Not what I expected. Professional clientele. Drinks were perfect! I ordered the happy hour Makers Manhattan. Eggplant fries were yummy and so was the flat bread special. Enjoyable time. Nice people here! Love to come back. Heard Wednesday and Thursday are good happy hour days

I come here for Sunday brunch with my mom. We usually sit at the bar, enjoy a few glasses of wine or a cocktail or two. I am a vegetarian and they always offer options for the non meat eater. I think people generally frown upon chains like this, but I have been here several times & have never had a poor experience. The bartenders are friendly & will happily answer any questions about the food. The complementary bread is a warm sourdough — yum, I adore sourdough. I always get a salad or a pasta dish & I greatly appreciate that their food isn’t heavy & salty as some Italian chains tend to be. I do like this location a lot more than the one in Cherry Hill, it’s cleaner & the staff is much friendlier.
