Been there few times. Our last visit we were not impressed. We made reservations and were immediately seated at a table above the bar. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, including pasta, chicken, veal, seafood, and steaks. My husband and I each ordered appetizers and entrees. Unfortunately, the bacon on the bacon-wrapped scallops was burned. My husband found his rack of lamb to be ok, but I was disappointment with the gnocchi, it was way overcooked.

We made reservations and were immediately seated at a table above the bar. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, including pasta, chicken, veal, seafood, and steaks. My husband and I each ordered appetizers and entrees. Unfortunately, the mozzarella caprese was served with olive oil instead of the usual balsamic, making is very oily and not tasty at all. My husband found his linguini with crab to be ok, but I was disappointed when I tried to cut my chicken picante. The chicken was tough and rubbery.

Reviews left by others were quite deceiving and almost made us stray away from this restaurant, but thank goodness we didn’t! We came here on a Saturday night(on a whim) when all other restaurants had a long wait and outrageous lines. It was a great decision! The drinks were off the charts, service was excellent and the food was to-die-for. We opted for mussels in red sauce as an app and I had the lamb as my entrée. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were delicious as well. We have suggested this restaurant to many others and will be coming back on a double date this weekend. Definitely try out this quaint Italian restaurant for date night, or for the bar scene! You will not be disappointed.

A nice place with really good food. I recommend the rack of lamb. It is a bit pricey. Drinks will really raise your bill. Me and my wife dined there recently and our bill was 120.00. yikes. On Saturday nights they have a live band and the bar area gets jam packed with an older crowd. Mostly 40 and up. Drinks again are pricey. Drafts are 5 $ which isnt bad. Shots are 10 a pop. Bought 5 shots for 50 bucks. Fastest 50 i ever spent. All in all I recommend it but mind how much you drink. I have not been here during the week. On Saturdays during live band night it is very loud.

The place was very crowded. They had a great band playing. We sat at the bar in the back room and ordered our meals. My wife’s salad came out about 40 minutes later. Her burger came out 20 minutes after that. I had ordered gnocchi pomodore. After an hour, it finally showed, sans the soup that was supposed to come with it. I mentioned the soup and got blown off by the barmaid. The gnocchi was mushy and way overcooked. Never got the soup. Burger, salad, gnocchi, $ 7.00 watered-down drink and a $ 6.00 beer came to $ 50.00. Live and learn.

It started with entering the restaurant. You walk in through a makeshift bar and go through an unmarked door into the restaurant. Very tired inside. Bread served was stale and like a sliced hoagie roll. We then had the antipasto appetizer which included meats that were probably sliced way in advance(like last week). My meal, the pappardelle bolognese was good, though my partner had broccoli rabe with sausage and peppers which was extremely bland. The sauce tasted like the water the pasta was boiled in. The sausage tasted as if it was boiled in the pot with the pasta. The peppers in the dish tasted like the came straight from a jar to his bowl. Horrible dish. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Not really impress, food was ok. Service was horrible. My girls took me here for my bridal shower, I remember it tasting great with great service and that was a busy Friday night four years ago. My husband and I went two weeks ago for our anniversary dinner and the service was horrible. There was only three tables to attend to and we only saw the server 3x the whole dinner. I had to ask for a refill and that took forever and they gave me the wrong drink.

My friends wanted to go here for dinner on a friday night to sit outside and listen to music. We arrived to what looked like a house but contained a very happening bar and restaurant. We had cocktails at the outside bar before being seated on a very open patio. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, the hostess was very nice and sat us anyway. Our server Nina was bubbly and very accommodating. She answered all questions and made some great suggestions. I had the veal oscar which was amazing in flavor and cooked well. My ceaser salad was flavorful but kind of small for $ 6. The bread served is not real italian bread but more like hoagie rolls. Our toasted gnochhi appetizer was out of this world and it left me craving more(Thanks Nina!) Everyone in the party enjoyed their entrees and we tried a few signature cocktails. Once the band got started it became extremely crowded and busy. So I would suggest going early to avoid a wait! I would definitely come back.

This hidden away restaurant was a nice surprise. Great food and drink with a live band during the warmer months. I found my spot!!!

Had the $ 19.00 Early Bird dinner with a friend. This includes three courses and if you would like a glass of wine-it is $ 5.00. Both appetizers – eggplant rollatini and brushetta were very good and portions were big. Salads were very large. Entrees were good-accompanying risotto was a nice change of pace from pasta. Asparagus was fresh and cooked al dente. This meal was a good value and I would return.

Great place to listen to a band with the outside atmosphere. All new bartending crew dreadful besides Ryan. Don’t put Ryan inside his skills benefits the outside customers as the three bartenders last night were horrible. Bring back Alyssa… Need bartenders that know how to make a drink and not a bloody sweet Cosmo with the wrong ingredients, a waste of my $ 10. 5 stars to Ryan’s skills, miss Alyssa and 2 stars as it was nice to enjoy the beautiful evening sitting outside listening to some good tunes.

Recently dined there but left somewhat disappointed. The food quality was ok but the service was less than par. Pasta was not homemade and the sauce was bland. I had the veal parm which was a 3 out of a 5 on my scale. Atmosphere was good once you got past the 70s vintage bar area(including band). Used the valet service but I think they used my car to listen to the radio. I would be willing to try one more time.

Went to Scaturro’s for my birthday dinner. I made reservations for 8 pm for party of 7 and we were seated upon arrival. Hostess was friendly! Most of us had salad prior to entrée and we were all pleased. I loved the house salad with vinegriette dressing, absolutely delicious. My son and my friend had the Noodle Veggie Soup. The found is bland, boring and reminded them of canned soup. Entrees: Me: Crab Ravioli: loved it! Ravioli was bursting with crabmeat. Awesome. Wife: Filet, potato & broccoli rabe: filet was a nice portion for price, tasted very good. MIL: Chicken Napoli: okay, wouldn’t order again. Daughter: Crab & Linguini: 2 thumbs up! Son: Chicken Parmesan: Good! Friend1: Received wrong meal and had to wait for correct dish which was Pasta and Sausage, she said it was good. Friend2: Risotto and Fish Special with Spinach(cannot recall type of fish): very good! 3 stars for a few flaws mentioned above. But I’d rather give 3.5 stars!

It was a first time, happy hour. We wanted to try some of the happy hour specials there so we ordered some clams with red sauce. They come with a whole lot, but regardless it looking like a lot of clams a bunch were empty. The ones that were filled were good. Fresh bread and butter was also brought out with it. After a beer for three a piece we left. They had other specials we wanted to try but ended up heading out earlier. I’ll update it the next time we try Scatturos again. Overall, the happy hour specials are priced nicely and are worth a try.

We went here as a family for my grandmother’s 80th birthday. Staff was friendly and the décor is beautiful yet comfortable. Our server Denise ensured that we had a fantastic dinner! Food was 10⁄10!

After a recommendation from a friend we ventured down to Scaturro’s in Marlton for a Friday night out. I was optimistic after reading the pretty positive reviews on Unilocal. We arrived around 7pm to find complementary valet parking. A nice addition being that the parking lot seemed pretty dark and confusing to navigate. We stopped at the«outdoor» bar. I imagine it’s an awesome spot come summer. The walls were up and heaters on(a bit hot for my liking). The bartenders were nice, quick to serve, and answer questions. After enjoying a round we thought we would eat«outside» being that a band was setting up and I’m a fan of live music. We sat at a table that must have been hard to see because no one offered us menus. We sat for what had to be 30 mins milking the drinks we had bought at the bar. Finally we got up and ordered directly from the bartender. Food came out quickly. The Marlton burger was great and loaded fries were good. Drink refills had to be ordered directly from the bar as well. I’m not sure if we should have checked in with the hostess before seating ourselves, but regardless at that point someone should have noticed us. We really enjoyed the live music. The Successful Failures played and are actually based by my hometown which was cool. It was a great mix of songs. I certainly would come back for a night out. Make sure to check in with the hostess or you could get lost in the crowd. I plan to stop by for a dinner service in the future. Overall a good experience.

This is a very good restaurant! FYI Sunday night is a great night to go since it’s easy to get a seat without a reservation. Friday night and Saturday night are very busy.

Since living in the area for almost 20 years, I’ve finally made a visit to Scaturro’s. I had always heard great things about it and after my visit was extremely satisfied. We started with the mussels appetizer(get the red sauce!). It was more than enough for two people and the broth was so good that we were ready to grab some spoons to drain the bowl dry. For dinner we ordered the crab ravioli and a veal dish(can’t remember which one exactly). The portions were both huge and made great leftovers for lunch the next day. We will definitely be going back!

The extended family members did not consider my choice for Easter brunch at The Swan Lounge, a wise economical decision at $ 103 per person. Since I was out-voted 6 – 1, we had to make reservations for another location. Looking to stay on this side of the bridge, and with very little options, our choices came down to the Mansion and Scaturro’s. Being that I’ve had brunch at the Mansion a couple of times I was ready to go with what I knew but Scaturro’s was budget friendly. The moment we walked into Scaturro’s, late Easter morning, I thought we made a bad decision. I had flash backs of the worst brunch I ever had at Coast Line Bar and Grill in Cherry Hill. That is because when you walk into this establishment you are in the outer bar area that is covered and heated during the cold season. The last time I walked into a bar for brunch it smelled like dirty taps, and puke from the previous night. Thankfully there was another door that led us to the wonderful land of foodtopia. When you walked into the main dining area there was food galore! There was food to my left and food to my right. The main bar was nicely decorated and draped with tablecloths, which were covered with pastries, deserts, pastries, and deserts. The service was ok. Our waiter, and the guy at the omelet station were friendly, however when I said hello or gave hello smiles to some of the other staff members, including the women in charge I just got a blank look or they turned away. I guess there not used to dealing with people so early on a Sunday morning. They usually don’t open to till 3PM according to their website. I can dig it. In regards to the food I can’t say anything but the buffet was great. It wasn’t as large an extensive as some of the buffet’s I destroyed in my lifetime, but it was big enough and it got the job done. I started out with an omelet. Cooked perfectly!!! Since we were seated on the second floor of the restaurant I allowed myself an extra plate because of all the exercise I was getting going up and down the stairs. The staff was constantly making sure the items on the buffet stayed filled and you were not waiting a single second for something to be replaced. The buffet was not as large and extensive as some of the buffets I have destroyed in my lifetime, but the food was good and it got the job done. Compared to the Mansion, the food is much better at Scaturro’s.
