I called to make an apt. on a Friday afternoon — they could take me in an hour. I used the coupon for the hot stone mani-​pedi — I was rushed, My nails literally peeled the same evening, and got worse the next day on my BIRTHDAY !!! The hot stones were used for less than 1 minute. A complete waste of time and money.

I love this Salon and Kristy is the best!!! My first visit here was later in the evening and I was afraid that she would rush because they closed in an hour. But I got excellent service! She was so detailed oriented and very accommodating to my specific needs (curvy square shape, and not thick) it costs a little more than other salons but Kristy is worth that plus the big tip! Going again tomorrow

I just became a regular customer here. I’ve never had a bad experience. They have really nice massage chairs and I like how the manicure and pedicure comes with massages. With a gel manicure and pedicure I’m out in an hour or less which is very convenient for someone as busy as I am. The place is clean and will kept and I am always pleased with the finished product. Some of the technicians are friendlier than others.

They are very nice at this salon and they are open a little later than other places.
I did wait about 15 minutes, but I was a walk-​in and I came late.
Instead of rushing me, they took their time and did a great job. I got a nail repair and manicure. I dont like the TV on all the time, would prefer music… but that was my only complaint. I will go back when I am in town.

I have gone to this salon numerous other times but I am very disappointed after this last visit. When I got into the pedicure chair there were a bunch of tools on the technicians table and all she did was swirl them in the barbicide solution before using on me. That is not the proper sterilizing procedure! Those tools need to sit immersed in that solution for 10 – 15 in between customers. When I was done my nail tech carried the same tools to use on the next customer. How can you operate a nail salon and not be vigilant about sanitary procedures? Ill never return here again!

I went again this week and they had music on this time, so I wanted to update the review. Maybe last time they just forgot to turn it on. And this time I had a pedicure which was awesome. Fantastic massage length for an ordinary pedicure (current cost: $ 27) and a hot stone treatment and heel wax thingy for dead skin. My feet are so smooth.

Ew!!! I went there a few times because of a good deal and the back massage they give you while your nails dry. The gel manis were never great, but back i went every time. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! Last time I was there, sitting in the pedicure chair, I see the massage therapist come out of a massage with her client. The client goes and pays and the therapist walks back into the room to «clean it up» or so I thought. Turns out she didn’t think the sheets needed to be changed (I could see everything from where I was sitting). She pulled the dirty sheets back up, turned the lights off, and left the room. Oh and did I mention she never, not once, washed her hands after rubbing that persons body for an hour? YUCK! No thank you.
