Need a quick gift? Going to a party and need to bring dessert? Stop by Maria’s Mom’s! Their cookies are great, and it certainly beats killing yourself around a hot oven all day to make a variety of cookies.
Prices are reasonable, and they do a great job at providing a variety of cookie flavors.
It is my go to place for cookies.
Maria’s Mom’s was also featured on the Golden Globes (one of the award shows) and provided the celebritys with cookies for their gift baskets.
Check back often because they offer seasonal desserts as well. They also offer other sweet desserts too. I did not have any, but they sounded and looked really good.
You pay by the pound — similar to purchasing fudge — and can choose the number of cookies you want per flavor. Again, you are paying weight.

So I’m in Mt. Laurel looking for a place where I can buy some treats for a prospect I’m about to visit. I was thinking something like a Mrs. Fields or any local bakery. But I couldn’t seem to find any on Unilocal.Finally I do a Google search and come across Maria’s Mom’s. The place is super cute — like someone’s house converted into a bakery — and they are super friendly. I asked for some cookies to be ready by 10am and they were wrapped and ready when I showed up around 9:58am =).
The 1lb package looked a little smaller than what I had expected but all the cookies looked delicious (and I heard they were delicious from my prospect). I’m thinking of stopping by before I fly home to try a few =).
