It’s been awhile since we’ve eaten at PF Changs. Now I remember why. The food tastes as though it’s been frozen and then cooked poorly. Won’t be going back this time. What a shame. It was very good when they first opened.

Place is ok… ordered dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps. Ordered a mai tai which was just«ok» I’ve had better drinks. I probably wouldn’t go back but it was ok on the list of pf changs I’ve been too. The one in Princeton is better.

Make sure you get a reservation. The serving staff is great and so is the food. The biggest drawback about this place is the limited seating area for people who are waiting for their table.

I’ve been here before and it used to be a favorite spot, but today I went with a group of 7 friends for Happy Hour. The only spot available for all of us to sit together was a 6 top in the bar area(note: this is the biggest table available for the happy hour prices to still be available) Since we had 7 people we pulled up a chair from the empty bar, and were fine… Until the new manager(shadir? Shadeer?) came over and blatantly reprimanded our table for having one too many people at our table and for taking a chair from the(still empty) bar. It was done in an embarrassing manner, and I still don’t know what he even intended to accomplish by lecturing us, since the person sitting in the 7th seat offered to put the chair back at the bar and he told us not to worry about it(despite having felt the need to reprimand us loudly and publicly over it). We were NOT blocking the aisle at all, so it was not a safety concern. Not wanting to cause more of a scene we decided to let it slide rather than tell him how unprofessional and embarrassing he was as a manager. Further evidence that the manager acted in a very inappropriate manner our waitress came over and asked us what had just happened and was very apologetic. I have never been treated by a manager like a scolded child for being in a group of 7 paying customers doing absolutely nothing wrong, then when trying to «fix the problem» being told it’s not a problem. Then WHYMENTIONANYTHING? Very weird experience that really put a damper on an otherwise fun night catching up with friends. I was(as I always am) very pleased with the food, my waiter and the bartenders. However as long as this new manager is working there I will take my money elsewhere to someone who appreciates it.

Had been here three times at lunchtime some years ago. First time for dinner was this past Monday night. We wanted to go to our favorite CHUlicious but they were closed that evening so we went here. This place is so dark we could not read the menu. My wife dug out her cell phone and we figured out how to turn on the LED light on it. My wife said her Wonton Soup was«OK.» She also had Spicy Chicken and through it was below average. The outer coating was soggy and the chicken tasted as if it had been frozen and not freshly made. They have new sushi so I tried two rolls. Lord knows what would have happened if I had used chopsticks. The sushi rolls were not closed. One side of the edge of every single piece was not enclosed into the roll so the instant you pick it up, even with a fork, it all comes apart. I had waited to eat until the waiter brought a small dish so I could make a soy/wasabi dipping sauce. The first roll piece opened up and dropped everything into the dipping sauce and that splashed all over including on my shirt. Worse, the sushi had ZERO flavor and was soggy and damp. The manager said the chef was just learning how to make sushi and took $ 10 off our bill but we have no interest in going back. Maybe the chef should finish the«Making Sushi Properly Course» before the items go on the menu.

I truly enjoyed my experience at PF Chang’s in Marlton, NJ. Though it’s not really authentic Chinese food, it’s still delicious and I really enjoyed the caramelized dishes that were full of flavor. I really liked the décor and the Terra cotta warrior statues were reminiscent of my trip to Xi’an a few years ago. I visited with a group of 5 people and they had an awesome holiday special dinner for 2(for $ 65) that I split. We got two appetizers, two entrees, and a dessert. We really enjoyed the spicy tuna appetizer and Chang’s lettuce wraps as appetizers, and they came in large portions that could be shared family — style around the table. For the entrée I ordered the Beef with Broccoli and it was great. For dessert, we ordered the Great Wall of Chocolate and it was a monstrous portion! Of course, I didn’t partake in that course of the meal(hating chocolate as I do), but it was fine because I was super stuffed from all the other food. Service was a tad bit slow… maybe it was because it was super busy that night? Not sure. But overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend it!

Nothing too crazy, it is a PF Changs so not a surprise. Just wished that they had outside seating like some of the other locations do. Staff is usually pretty friendly and prompt, and the food is usually consistent. Surprised at how busy it can be sometimes and other times it is dead. Personally, better than some of the other restaurants at the Promenade. Plus, if the wait is crazy for some reason, Donkey’s Steaks in Medford isn’t too far away.

Had THEBEST waitress here! don’t remember her name but she was a brunette, with a short bob. She made my mother & I feel extra special. We’ll be back soon!
