Hoagies don’t get better than this! The Italian Diablo w/pepper shooters is one of my favorite sandwiches I’ve ever had.

The customer service is Great compared to other locations but the bread was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo HARD. I’d rather go to wawa

My wife went to pick up dinner today March 14th at the Marlton NJ location, pulled in at 6:53pm and as she is pulling up she sees the girl working there run to the door, lock the door and turn off the open sign. She walked up to the door and pulled on the door, it was locked and the girl stood there and just looked at her. I called three times at 10 minutes after 7pm(when they close) to speak to a manager, no answer. How unprofessional, counter-intuitive, lazy and stupid can you be. I worked in a restaurant for 6 years and would happily serve guests that walked in 7 minutes before we closed, because it’s business and it’s the right thing to do. We went to wawa, and from now on we won’t be bothering with this Primo location, maybe not primo at all. Sorry, I am very disappointed. Primos, your subs aren’t bad, but how can I get to them if you lock me out during hours of operation? Two thumbs down.

I love Primo’s and I frequent this Marlton location as it is close to my house and work. Today I had one of my staples, the Turkey Schwartzie with lettuce, tomatoes, and pepper shooters(which are a MUST!) and a side of macaroni salad. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Even during lunch hours, they are pretty quick to have my sandwich made. My other two favorites are the Pilgrim(hot) and the Whacked Chicken.

Stopped to pick up some sandwiches with my family. While waiting in the car with my kids, we noticed a «sandwich maker» walking around with a wawa coffee cup and not tipping it back to drink, but spitting his chewing tobacco through the lid! And then put his fingers in his mouth to move the chew around from one side to the other! I was ready to cancel my order then but thought maybe he was on break and let it go. I then watched him put the cup down, grab a roll, and begin to spread mayo on the roll!!! I immediately walked in and told my wife to cancel the order and lets go! Never again will we think about going to «Primo» Hoagies!

3 different times in a row they messed up my wife’s sandwich and acted as if it was our fault.

Mild Sharp Italian, favorite hoagie around in South Jersey. The bread is always tender with a nice crust and they don’t skimp on the fillings!

Stale bread and two incorrectly made sandwiches. I will never eat at this location again.

Great Food as all the Primo’s have, but this particular store is the WORST Customer service that I’ve dealt with. I will gladly drive out of my way to Medford or Runnemede, just to avoid this store.

I LOVE this Marlton location! The bread is perfect every time, and great customer service. This location is also opened later than others in the local area on weekdays(till 7pm). If you order inside the location, they now post the calories for all items on the menu(for the small versions only of course). Calories are not printed on the menu; only on their store board. Best value for your buck is get the whole size. It is a great option for 2 people who want the same sandwich, get more food for the price in a whole.

I always order the extra sharp Italian hoagie(primo size) and can eat the whole thing! I wish they stayed open later so I could pick up a quick dinner when I’m in the mood.

We had an issue with delivery and I was not at all happy. However, this morning the owner of the shop came into the office and talked with me and others about the matter. I am impressed that he took the time and effort to reach out to extend himself to his customers. Originally, I was not impressed and I was reviewing for the lack of service — specifically the extended delivery time, and having to cancel the order. However, after meeting with the owner, and knowing what happened, I am immensely impressed with the professionalism, and the fact that he took the time to do what he did. I would indeed recommend this location for your lunch and dinner needs.(The do have wonderful subs!)

I went there today because people at work really wanted to order… I have to say the sandwich was tasty and service friendly. You redeemed yourselves for Hoagie Day

The best hoagies. Period. If Primo’s sold Mild Sharp Italian hoagie air fresheners they’d be hanging throughout my house like mistletoe at Christmas.

A bit inconsistent. I’ve had some of the best hoagies ever and some that were okay. Sharp Italian is very good, but all in all, Lee’s Hoagie House gives me more consistency and I can get a cheesesteak at Lee’s as well.

I love hoagies! You can tell if you see the full body shot. Primo has a full menu of hot and cold sanwichs availble in three sizes. Today I had the Wacked Chicken which is breaded chicken cutlet with sharp provolone and dressed with both Bruschetta and pesto sauce. The service here used to be a little edgy but today it was quick and friendly. The meal cost $ 11.00 with a drink and my son enjoyed half when he got back from lacrosse. I think you will enjoy it.

Good reliable hoagie spot in Cherry Hill. Don’t drive too fast on route 70 or you’ll pass it like I did. But the take out only spot does a brisk business and its friendly and quick service makes it a not-too-unpleasant wait for sandwiches. The sarcone seeded rolls that they use are great. Most of the hoagies come in three sizes: whole(2 foot), primo(1 foot) and small). Annoyed that the prices are not posted on the copious wall spaces… you have to look at their glossy take out menu to get their prices. But altogether, they were not unreasonable. The whole averaged about $ 17 and feeds 3 to 4. We got their Italian, turkey breast and Suprimo(Prosciutto & Fresh Mozzarella with Roasted Red Peppers) hoagies and they were way better than average. Large with the yummy crusty and airy rolls, they were stuffed with the freshly sliced meats and cheeses. Their meats are good, maybe a tad too salty. Definitely a go to place for me and the family here in Cherry Hill. Will try their Diablo sandwiches next.

Pretty decent sandwich. I really enjoy the Italian Tuna Hoagie with Long Hots. What I do not enjoy is the hours. Closing at 7pm? really? Fine, close at 7pm, but it is so necessary to tell me every time I order around 6:30pm for a pickup to make sure I arrive by 7? I get it, you have to close at 7 or you will burst into flames. Also, Sandwich guys, you would be a lot quicker if you were not watching TV all day. Just saying. At least you added a second entrance to your parking lot, which is the size of a small bathroom.

Primo Hoagies are the best. The bread is great but I love the meat that they use. Thurrmans meats has great taste. The best way to enjoy watching is having a Diablo Italian Hoagie. If you don’t like the hard seeded roll order a mini. They use a roll that is a bit softer. I usually park in the Commerce Bank Lot and walk over.
