The food was fine, but the service was horrible. Our waiter literally came by one time. Our drinks were delivered swiftly from the host. We then waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by the waiter. He took our order. Our food was brought out fast by the manager, though there were parts of the order that were not correct. We told the manager and he quickly remedied the situation. Our drinks went empty, our food was finished… still never a follow up from the waiter. He never even brought our bill. We had to go get it ourselves from the front. It was practically empty in the restaurant as well. We had one Friday night shot for dinner in Marquette and Perkins is usually a family favorite wherever we go… But this was definitely a let down.

This place you can never go wrong. Food is constantly delish. They just changed their menu to the Bbq season. The breakfast burrito and tots are a must try. Of course who can not get a piece of their famous pie??? I’m kinda glad they don’t have one at home in Baltimore.

Great service and the meat/meat/meat/meat breakfast is fantastic. My wife loves their french toast and salads. This is usually a staple of any multiple-day visit to the Marquette area.

Atmosphere is nice as the building is nice inside. Sweet tea did not taste good. It tasted old and needed to be tossed. I had the Rueben and it was OK, but nothing to write home about. Others at my table had breakfast for dinner and everything was good for them except for the sausage links which were gross and under cooked. We had pie and that was good. Good place for breakfast and pie. Reminds me of Bill Knapps.

I’d heard about Perkins, but didn’t really know what to expect from one when I walked in. The place was designed to seem very outdoorsy and natural.
I was just there for dessert, and had a good slice of mixed berry pie. The pie was good, and everyone else’s desserts seemed good.
