VIP Nails II

I love this place! I’ve been faithfully going since June 2015. The service is excellent from this first visit. The employees are very nice and accommodating, and their quality is impressive!

Love this place. Just had my toes and nails done… in and out in under an hour. Total bill $ 37.00…If you go… call and make an appointment with Michelle. She is fast, good and her English is perfect. I got the color… NUDE. Love it.

I’m not sure why I have given this place so many chances. I suppose it’s because it’s close to my house & I pass it on my way home. Consistently they make you wait. They have absolutely no respect for customers time. They put you in a chair assuming you won’t leave because your feet are wet. They don’t even acknowledge that’s you’ve been waiting & the water is cold. I need to suck it up & just drive the 10 minutes to Beverly Hills nails in Wexford. They’re a million times better. One other thing to note is that VIP nails insists you pay cash & when you don’t they always get an attitude & expect you to take money out of the ATM in the salon. Drive somewhere else, save yourself the time & get a better pedicure from someone who will appreciate your business.

Cameras everywhere. I wonder why? This place wants you to pay in cash so they can hide their income.
They have their own ATM machine so you won’t use a credit card. Beware

This place has no consideration of your time. I asked how long until they could take me for a manicure and I was told 10 minutes. 40 minutes later and still being told 5 more minutes, I left. Don’t waste your time.

I would love to give this nail salon an excellent rating for their fantastic manicures and pedicures. However, I can not. After being advised of a 30 minutes wait, I was finally led to a pedicure chair. Another 30 minute, my feet were totally puckered and my water had turned cold! And still there was no sign of anyone to start my pedicure, so it was time for me to leave. And I won’t be coming back! I guess they think you will stay and wait even longer, if they get your feet wet! I say, if you can’t take a customer, say so and don’t waste their time. Ciao babies!
