I no longer use this Starbucks. The wait is awful in the dining room and forget about going through the drive through. Most of the staff is unfriendly and rude. my wife talked to a manager at one point and she was just as bad. Now to be fair, It has been around 6 months since i’ve been in, so the staff might have changed since then. My advise is to use the Starbucks on 53 in Hanover if you are a die hard Starbucks fan or try Gunther Toodies on 139 in Pembroke like I did.

I go here every weekend before work, and there’s always great customer service. Sadly, our favorite barista had quit. Today I had a girl with red hair make our drinks. No smile or anything, she’d simply just throw the drink at you. My peppermint hot chocolate was smacked onto the counter. If I didn’t get it in time, it would have completely spilt over the counter. She even tried to argue with my mom that her coffee was not sweetened, but my mom has gotten her all black venti numerous amount of times to know what her coffee tastes like. I’ll still come back here every weekend but I’m hoping this barista learns a thing or two about good customer service. Didn’t say thank you when I got my drink, I simply just left.

I am a fan of Starbucks and I have a Gold Member Card and for me to go to start of Starbucks Chainz that’s really slow and kind of disappointments not like an everyday thing that I go to this location but this is my first time and I’m really disappointed on the service today

I decided to switch from Dunkin Donuts because of poor service at my local store. I was next in line but the Barrista decided it was ok to wait on the regular behind me rather than serve me. I will go back to my favorite Dunkin’s in the next town where I am always treated like a valued customer.

I usually go through the drive thru and employees are very nice. My order is always correct and made perfectly. Great coffee shop. Much better than the service I get at Dunkin Donuts

Been here a few times during my travels. The staff is lazy, tables are always dirty was there last week and all they did was stand behind the counter and chat. There was food on the tables and floor, the coffee self serve area had spills and garbage was full and they just ignored it. Their manager was there chatting with them and seem more like their friends than their boss. They had hardly Any food in the glass case. Bottle Drink selection was very limited. Next time I will go to either Hingham or Hanover locations, much better.

3 years later, this location still blows. I went thru the drive through a week before thanksgiving and it had 5 cars in it already which is a bad sign knowing how slow Starbucks is. I was in the line for TWENTY minutes and didn’t even make it to the window before the person behind me left so then I was able to get out. Talk about a waste of time and gas. Don’t bother with this place. Coffee is awful too. Still prefer the exit 7 colony place location if I need a Starbucks fix once in a blue moon or just go up the road to marylous.

They’re currently selling pecan pie tarts. I think they use a shortbread crust, which is great because you can get both the pecan pie and shortbread food groups in one shot.

It’s so difficult to describe this Starbucks but the previous 2 and 3 stars do it so well. It’s an odd one here. Quiet, run like a military installation with zero personality. In Starbucks it’s all about the experience, here it’s about the coffee cause it’s a boring group of people working here.

Popped in for the first time since moving from NYC. I found the staff to be friendly, efficient and my peppermint iced coffee was not burnt at all. There is a lot of seating inside and there is also a drive-thru. My only negative comment is the parking on the side is easily blocked in by patrons waiting on line at the drive-thru. My grandma was driving, so it was a little more complicated than usual, but we got blocked into our space for a solid 5 minutes before someone let us out.

The slowest quietest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Very unorganized, no one calling out orders. The cashier was making the drinks. Our drinks were very good, but worst Starbucks experience ever. It was as if the staff didn’t want to talk to each other. No wonder all my Mass family wanted dunkin donuts, which is poor quality and poor service, but is fast at least.

I keep going to this Starbucks once a week like clockwork even though I see that for every step forward they take, it’s two steps back. Sadly, I must reconsider the Saturday schedule, based on the past 2 Saturday experiences here. I drive by two other Starbucks on my Saturday morning regular route because this is convenient to drive through, but really? now you have seem to have the same someone on the window who can’t take a one-drink order? Last Saturday, granted it was 2 drinks but she didn’t even give me the chance to order! Me: Venti nonfat mocha, no whip extra hot please, and… Speaker voice: You want a grande caramel blahblahblah? Ok, come to the window. Me: No, that’s not the drink I ordered, can I have… Speaker Voice: Whaaaat? Me: Venti nonfat mocha, no whip extra hot PLEASE and… Speaker Voice: ok, drive to the window. Me: ohmygod, can I order another drink please? About 2 minutes of dead silence followed, broken only by the occasional horn honking from behind me in the line from a guy who apparently decided my time was up, order taken or no order taken! Then a different(male) voice spoke out: Male Speaker Voice: Did you need something? Me: YES I need something! I need another drink added to my venti mocha! Drove up to the window to be met by the original Speaker Voice who was just as chirpy and dense as when we first spoke. Today– Me: Venti nonfat mocha, no whip extra hot please. Speaker Voice: Uhhhhh, whaaat? I forget what you said, what? Really? This is who gets to work the window? Chirpy, dense Speaker Voice? I went to a newly-opened Starbucks the other day that managed to be together, professional and give me what I ordered, plus a little friendly chit chat while they did it so I know it’s not all Starbucks, just this one that makes my head explode with exasperation!

It’s your typical Starbucks and certainly one of the larger ones in the area. I can’t speak for the drive-through as I’ve never used it before. However, the staff has always been friendly and it’s a cozy and comfortable place to kill time with a cup of coffee and free wi-fi. Tables are always clean so I have no problem putting my laptop on the tables! Like other Unilocalers have mentioned … for the love of God, please pave the parking lot! Come in for a cup of coffee and leave needing a new suspension! Sheesh!

Pumpkin spice latte, yummy. The staff was friendly but it is pricey for a cup of coffee. Free wi-fi for us Iphone users. There were a few tables and chairs to seat down. It does have a nice coffee house feel to it

Probably the slowest drive through ive ever gone through. i order a simple tall pike and it takes the staff at least 5 minutes to put it together for me. My wait time in that drive through can range from 10 to 15 minutes regardless of how busy or slow it is. Aside from that, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Love the coffee… but the service was a mixed bag. Ordered a Venti triple caramel machiato w/6 pumps of vanilla. Ended up with with 6 shots of espresso. Damn! Ordered was promptly corrected and a coupon was given. Was nice to see an error corrected the right way!
