For such a good location right off the highway, you’d think it would be better. Service is always a hit or miss, drive thru is incredibly slow and has made me late for work more than once. Constantly running out of things and it seems like half the time the employees don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been waiting for years for this location to step it up but it doesn’t seem to be happening any time soon.

Just plain nasty. The most unsanitary Dunkins I’ve ever been to. The guy making sandwiches here must think the disposable gloves are for his protection as I’ve seen him accept cash with the gloves on, then change the trash, then make your sandwich without ever changing the original gloves. I guess he doesn’t want to be bothered with washing his hands. I recommend going to the Dunkins up the street where they have a dedicated sandwich person in full view who is not doing double-​duty working the register. At the Oak Street location the sandwich guy disappears into another room & who knows what else he’s handling…

Left the Dunks up the street after waiting in the drive-​through for 15 minutes without being served. Husband walked into this one, and no one’s at the counter! It shouldn’t be this hard to get some service.
This location regularly messes up our orders, including to forget to make my coffee decaf, and I end up jittery. We’re only here out of desperation.

Iced coffee is watery and gross. I saw one of the flavor syrups they use was almost rock hard!!! And she still somehow got some syrup out of it and it looked just old and nasty. I’d rather go across the street into the gas station or on 139 next to Bank of America.

One of the worst Dunk’s around, which is saying something! They consistently get your coffee order wrong, once they made me a mocha iced coffee with iced tea! The only thing it has going for it is that it’s in a convenient location.

One of the nicest Dunkies I’ve ever been too. There is nothing I can knock them for or «take points off» for. Stopped in on a Sunday morning for a bite and iced coffees. We were greeted with smiles. Iced coffees were prepared promptly and perfectly. Muffin was fresh and delicious. And perhaps the biggest plus for this location… a very nice sitting area with big glass windows surrounded by a nice «garden view» the blocks out driveways and parking lots. Quite a nice place to sit and enjoy the free wifi while drinking your iced coffee and having a mid-​morning snack.
