Somehow, every time they have never got my coffee right. Substituting splenda is not that difficult. I apologize you have to open the packets manually instead of pushing your button. I don’t think it’s asking for much.

Disclaimer: haven’t been inside the store, only used the drive-​thru.
…and a drive-​thru Dunkin is about as good as a Dunkin can get. No weird smell, no confusion about which end of the line is the right end to join, no weird people falling on top of you (ask Chelsie H.).
We rolled up on a Sunday afternoon, yelled our order at the automaton, drove around the corner, and received everything EXACTLY as we like it: extra ice in one coffee, just ONE sugar in another, and a sooopah doopah frozen caramel hoo-​ha for Momma Dukes.
We paid up, the lady didn’t drop our change in the awkward gap between car and counter, and went on our way.
Who wouldn’t wanna Dunk this way?
