They came as scheduled and were able to get all of our stains out of a white berber carpet. They were very friendly and polite and were in and out in under 2 hours. They were not able to get the urine smell completely out of a spot on the carpet but it smells much better.

After I called, Greg was able to make an appointment for the next morning. He thoroughly cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, in some cases removing some horrific stains. And the price was great. We will definitely be calling again for the tile and grout.
