After dealing with this company, Gary, since May, and paying over $ 200.00 our Spa heater was still not fixed, Gary said he would come out again and never showed. I called and asked him to be honest and let me know if he could not fix our heater after he did not show for appointment. He told me he was too busy. I called another company and they fixed the issue in ten minutes! Totally felt ripped off. Cannot recommend this company.

I found Gary and A to Z Spa & Hot Tub Repair on Unilocal and hired him based on the great reviews. I can assure you these great reviews were definitely justified. He arrived right on time, determined the cause of the problem we were having with our hot tub and after ordering and receiving the part returned a few days later to repair it. When he had completed the repair I asked him if he could explain a few of the ‘bells and whistles’ on our hot tub and he very patiently took me through every lever and button and explained what they did, also taking the time to explain what chemicals to use and how much. After spending a short time with him I feel like an expert. The spa is running beautifully and we can’t wait to use it. If you need your spa repaired I highly recommend Gary and A to Z Spa Repair!

Gary does a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional. He charged less to replace my spa heater than other companies. I would definitely work with him again.

We had a heap of problems with our spa after a series of power surges hit our house. Gary was punctual, professional, and even hung out with my dog while he did all of the repairs. It took several weeks to get everything done, but Gary was honest about time and cost of everything. He will be our go-​to spa person from now in. We highly recommend his services.
The only reason Gary is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because he doesn’t accept credit cards, only cash or check. Since our problems were directly linked to a PG&E issue, we had to wait several weeks for the settlement check to come in before we could get the spa fixed. If Gary had a paypal service, we would have been able to have it fixed within a week.

Gary is very knowledgeable and fixed our spa, abandoned for 5 years, in no time. He diagnosed a fault heater, likely due to both age and ph levels too acidic for the heater from years of disuse. He was quick with repair and within 4 days our spa was perfectly operational. I would highly recommend Gary.

Gary is the best! He found that we had a gas leak in our hot tub gas line. He was very fair price wise and honest! Not like other hot tub repair companies we contacted who ripped us off and told lies. Thank you Gary!
