I worked with Lu over 6 months on our very large remodel project — over $ 20,000 in slab and tile work!!! Over the course I found our working relationship very satisfactory although several items seemed to bel left chronically undone and it did drag on… but things really fell apart at the end of the project when the last installment for final payment was due. I had some questions about the undone work and repair for damages to my new cabinetry on installation of the slab work. Lu’s response was aggressive and abusive. He threatened not to «lift a finger» until he was paid in full. When I told him that it wasnt reasonable to expect me to have to finish and repair work he had been contracted to due he threatened me with a lein on my home. It went downhill from there. I would NEVER recommend any contractor who treats his customers in such an aggressive way and abusive manner.
