John and Tracy are not only skilled at what they do, but there are just good people. They were early to the inspection, even though they were kind enough to fit us in at an odd time.
Not only did they find all of the wood issues associated with the home, They were great in expediting the fixes needed. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

John was willing to use DuPont Altriset on my home (a less toxic alternative to the standard chemicals). The job was completed with integrity. It’s almost impossible to say if the termites are gone: sneaky little buggers. But I’m sure the best possible job was done with the chemical.
John even came back, two years later, after we removed some soil that had been treated, and freshened the spot up. Thanks guys! This is a way different, and far better experience compared to Orkin and the sales-​oriented termite companies.

When I called to make our appointment for a pest inspection of a home we are purchasing John was able to get me an appointment on very late notice which I was very thankful for. When John and Tammy came and did our inspection for the house they were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to explain everything to me and explained our different options on how to solve each thing that was spotted. I left knowing what would need to be done and in what priority to do them in. They also would very quick in getting the report to us which I truly appreciated. I would definitely refer John and his company to others.

We just completed the purchase of a home that came with a clean pest inspection from McDonald Termite. After finding several fungus issues not on the McDonald report, our home inspectors recommended we get our own pest report. Charles Mayer came out and inspected the home and found dry wood termites, subterranean termites, and wood boring beetles. (Once he pointed them out, they seemed really obvious to me.) I cannot imagine how Mr. McDonald could have missed all three… but he did.

We recently purchased a house which came with a very clean pest report from McDonald Termite, with a small amount of exterior fungus damage. When our home inspector came in and started noticing obvious evidence of pest activity not on the McDonald report, he advised us to get our own report. Our realtor called in another inspector who found extensive evidence of dry wood termites, subterranean termites, and wood boring beetles, which they also demonstrated to us, and which was corroborated by the company we hired to do the repairs. The damage added up to about $ 15,000.
