I love TOGO’s and have never been disappointed by them. I came here for dinner the other day and I didn’t realize it was only 10 minutes before closing, whoops! I was worried I might be turned away, since I could tell they had already cleaned up for the night. The girls working were friendly and didn’t mention anything. She didn’t rush or seem bothered at all that I was there so last minute. Thank you for being so friendly! :)

Online ordering questionable at best. Three of five attempts have failed. Had to wait fifteen minutes for order to be prepared each time. Kind of defeats the purpose. Food is fresh, staff is inexperienced. Close to home, so I shall return. Looking forward to improvements.

Usually like this place but my sandwich yesterday was 90% bread. I got home and couldn’t even eat it. Needed to pull the top half off and then it was a mess. First time I’ve bought a large sandwich and it was a bust.

Their Santa Fe chicken salad wrap is the best. Their daily special makes ordering easy… I don’t even need to think too much about what to eat during lunch. But the line sometimes gets kind of long during lunch. And I don’t like it when they touch my credit card with their gloves that were used on the food already.

This Togos is one of the worst I’ve been too. Every time out of five or so times of going there my sandwich was poorly made. One star for the two or three«nice» people that work there most of the time, one star for value and one for cleanliness. The Togo staff on Willow Pass in Concord across from Frys blows this one and the one in pleasant hill away. They pile your sandwiches with ingredients, make it neat, and the staff is great and cheerful. I go there every time and leave happy. This Togos the last time I came in I was greeted condescendingly by some teenager id never seen before, female, new who obviously didn’t want to be there. The usual Hispanic chick who is hit and miss on friendly was training her but let the dissociated teenager make my sandwich without watching… it came out sloppy and it was falling apart. All it had was turkey cheese lettuce and mayo and mustard. Everything was falling everywhere except the vacant spot where cheese and meat should be(I got half the meat and cheese the Concord Togos gives and this wasn’t the special. $ 6 for a lettuce and condiment sandwich?) Gross. I’ll go to the Concord store instead. Also much cleaner and fresher. Bread occasionally tastes stale at this location and lettuce sometimes is wilting. I think they use stuff until it goes bad. Cheese tasted off too last time like refrigerator taste. I could have made a better sandwich. Hell a toddler could have made a better sandwich.

There are so many delis and sandwich spots out there right now and new ones opening all the time. The hubby loves sandwiches, but not little girly ones. Belly Busters! TOGOs 9″ Hot pastrami is the way to go for him. The other sandwichs are appealing too and we have tried some of them. They make the sandwiches on fresh fluffy bread, not like subway, and load it with meat and all the fixings. They dont have fancy names or special sauces just your basics. You can also have every sandwich as a bowl aka salad or a gluten free wrap. So when you dont feel like a fu-fu fancy sandwich, TOGOs fits the bill. FYI– free soda when you check in on Unilocal

I came here for lunch and overall it was a great experience. The big thing for me was that the worker that helped me was friendly and intelligent. They knew exactly what they were doing, and how to do it. I was NOT met with confusion when telling them how to make my custom tuna sandwich, they did it perfect! Service was quick despite the fact that we went there during the absolute middle of lunch hour.

One of the better Togo’s locations I’ve been to. It’s fairly clean and there’s a decent amount of tables and chairs if you wanna dine in. They have everything you would expect from any Togo’s: daily specials, chips, soda dispensers, & of the course, the wide variety of sandwiches. The service is also great as the workers were nice and didn’t give me problems. The only minor negative is that it’s in the corner of the shopping center where it can’t really be seen. Nice workers + clean + lots of parking = my favorite location for Togo’s!

I’m regularly stopping by here on my lunch breaks, been doing so for awhile, and I must say the staff there are top notch. The speed is plenty fast and I usually get the hot sandwiches which take longer. Only thing I’d say is maybe install a TV for customers. I’ve seen a few locations where that’s the case and it’s nice to be able to watch sports center while having a bite to eat. Also, the soda machine seems finicky. Great place to eat

This Togo’s is pretty good my only complaint if any is that they’re too slow at times and not overly friendly but besides that the place is usually always clean and the food is delicious! It’s a very small place so don’t bring a big group of people as there will be not enough seating for you

My favorites are the #24 and the Asian Chicken Salad. The bread is always fresh and they pile on the ingredients. They use real avocado. The turkey is excellent, it doesn’t have any kind of a processed taste to it. This place gets really busy during the lunch hour. They hustle and do a great job of keeping the line moving.

I always get the same sandwich no matter where I go but it tastes the best at Togo’s! Excellent, fast, courteous service and a clean store as well.

Oh hello Togo! How I love you so! Best place for a cheap sammich. They stock your meat up so high you dont even realize you need to eat it with bread. The staff are friendly and put a lot of heart into their sandwich making. YUM! Gotta love the $ 5 daily deal with a sammich, chips and drink!

Why not give them 5 stars. I mean I’ve been to probably 15 different Togo’s in my life. The sandwiches are good, place is clean, service it good. This place is never really crazy busy. My five stars is based on similar sandwich shops(Subway, Quiznos, etc,)

This is one of the better Togo’s in the Bay Area. Much cleaner than Pinole’s on Fitzgerald and far less ghetto than the one in Emeryville. They make sandwiches better here than other Togo’s for some reason esp the Meatball Sandwich and Egg Salad(which is what I usually get anyway). Sometimes I get the Lemon Pepper Tuna but that only comes out seasonal. Nice people. Hope they stay in business.

The Martinez location has been around for a while, and is a busy lunch spot. Mrs N and I try to make lunch dates here from time to time, and share favorite sandwiches. We have tried many combinations of sandwiches, salads, and wraps. They make them all pretty well. Lately, Togo’s has been offering Daily Feature sandwiches for $ 3.99. Wednesday is the only day I truly care about. I happen to have a slight addiction to the #16. A health nut, I’m not. Nor am I a glutton for the worst foods possible. The middle ground is my goal whenever possible. The #16 may be one of the tastiest, goodest, bad ideas I can’t seem to shake. At least it has produce, right? The store is next to the grociery store and Country Waffles. Parking can be tight, since all the stores are pretty busy. Service is usually pretty good here, though Mrs N has had trouble getting them to obey the musturd only command in the past. Today’s visit was 12:48 on Wednesday, and I was out the door with my take out in 5 minutes.
