I’ve never experienced such great customer service!!! My mom & I went to Sprint today to get an upgrade & we had the lovely pleasure of meeting Rashaad, a new employee! He helped us through our several questions with an unbelievable amount of patience!!! He was sure to make us feel welcomed and was definitely happy to help us both out. Both my mom & I actually were with him for at least an hour getting everything on our accounts sorted & picking out phone cases & he was never rude(despite us making him wait quite some time!!!) It’s great to know that Sprint has people like Rashaad working there… definitely will be asking for him when we return!!!

I had been begging my boyfriend to get an iPhone for MONTHS with no success. Fortunately some of our Christmas presents this year required an iPhone so he finally decided to take the plunge! He reserved his phone on the website with a 4:45PM pick up time. He had already paid online. When we arrived the door was locked and they saw us and ignored us. The door said they closed at 8PM. Finally after we weren’t leaving they came to the door to tell us their manager had told them they could close early. When we showed the email showing to come pick it up at 4:45 they said oh well. The next day when we showed up they put us at the bottom of the line. Even when we explained the situation to the assistant manager. After waiting in line 30 minutes we called Sprint customer service, who took $ 100 off his bill and told him that Sprint stores don’t have good customer service and next time go to a Best Buy. I then asked the assistant manager if rather than standing at the podium at the front if she could open one of the 3 unused registers to help customers. She said she had to stand there in case any customers came in. About 5 minutes later an employee from the Starbucks next door came over to come chat with her and hang out… Um what??? After another 30 minutes we finally got to the counter, where the sales rep explained on the website it guarantees if you buy a phone online it will be ready in less than an hour. He then started asking why we came to this location rather than one about an hour away… At this point I finally made my boyfriend realize this whole process was a waste of both of our lives and that I am super happy with the customer service with Verizon(since 2002!). Bye bye Sprint! Mother will be so happy I switched him to Verizon(no more using our anytime minutes!)

When you need help with your Sprint phone, you should DEFINITELY come here! After all, you can’t go to the Destin location, it’s closed. But the staff here was very helpful when my step-dad had a problem with his work phone. They did everything they could to help get it resolved. They were also very patient with everyone else’s kids who treated the place like an arcade. On a more personal note, there are some good-looking women working here. Rrraaarrr.
