I really wanted a Rolo Mcflurry. For some reason the drive thru is always filt. So I gotta park my PT cruiser. So I went in and asked that lady for a regular size. She took to looking at me and said maybe you need a snack size. So I stepped back balled up my fist and punched her in her fagina. Well that’s when things got bad. Once I got my wig fixed and washed off my hand, some crazy woman come in there talking about another Mcrib for a dollar. I tell ya, fast food need to check themselves. This ain’t no salad place it’s a hamburger place. Next time I come over here, I’m gonna wear my three wolves shirt so I can better handle that Cherlene woman.

I feel my civil rights have been violated. Charlene did not offer me my dollar McRib with my McRib meal, so, unfortunately, I was forced to allegedly throat punch her. I like all of the other McDonald’s locations in the area, but not this one.

The gal working in there, Shirlene, is a disrespectful civil rights violating B. She makes it her business how many McRibs you eat. Girl, McScuse me?! She left me no choice but to punch her in the cooter.

Drive-​thru was filt. Also had to cooter-​punch the lady for disrespecting me.

McScuse me, but the McRibs are amazing, especially when the second one is only $ 1. Oh btw, Carla sent me.

Very slow drive thru. I’m the next car and I’m writing this in the drive thru. Every time I come here they’re extremely slow. Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. And every time they say they’re waiting on hot fries but I don’t understand why they don’t have fries always ready because fries come with almost every meal so that’s like saying they’re waiting on a hot hamburger because they don’t have any hamburger done it’s ridiculous.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald’s I have been to in my life. I grew up on Dorsett and it has always been the McDonald’s I have gone to, and I have never once had good service. I only continue to go to this McDonald’s due to its location. Whoever does the hiring and/​or training at this location needs to be fired. The employees NEVER greet you, instead just stare. They are always more focused on their phones and their coworkers than the customers in the store. If you’re in the drive thru, you can almost guarantee your order will be wrong. They need to fire everyone and hire a whole new staff at this location if you ask me.

Food is ok, it’s McDonalds. The customer service sucks. I guess you get what you pay for because McDonald’s is cheap.

This McDonald’s is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. I went to the drive thru and waited for 5 mins for any sign of life from the the speaker. The car in front of me left after waiting as did the car in the 2^nd lane. After my turn and nobody coming on to take my order, I too left. On almost every encounter at this location you get almost zero customer service. If you choose to bypass the drive thru experience you get to enjoy the fine workers inside who just stare at you instead of using the standard lines «Can I help you, good morning/​afternoon, etc.) once your order is taken they may or may not tell you your total, and NEVER repeat it back to you. As you wait for your order and it finally arrives, there is a very good chance it will be incorrect, especially if you are doing take out. If you order nuggets you can expect to not receive any sauce, even though they ask you and it’s on the receipt. In the rare occasions that I’ve asked for ketchup for the 4 of us, I almost always receive 2 – 3 packets, and hit and miss on the straws. I hate that I keep going back there but unfortunately it’s convenient in location to getting on the highway, and it’s cheap. Maybe one day they’ll hire workers who can work efficiently because the ones they have now and for all the time I’ve lived here this location has been bad and that’s including the new building they have.

Wow! Absolutely worst experience ever at a fast food place by the rudest employees and management.

I went here to get breakfast this past Sunday morning around 10:33 am. I ordered the breakfast for my family. I normally don’t do bad reviews but the Caucasion woman at the Drive thru window 1 was very rude asking what did I order, I immediately informed her what I had. I was with my daughter and felt she was very loud. I got to the 2^nd drive thru window and they said I would have to pull up and wait at the reserved parking because they were waiting on bagels, then when I did recive the breakfast it was not correct and I was missing an Apple juice. The person went back gave me an orange juice which was incorrect then went back to get the Apple juice. To top this all off the person was on his cell phone giving me my breakfast. Do not go here for breakfast. The service is very bad and rude.

Whatever you do… do not go to this McDonalds late at night. Even for fast food customer service they bring an all new meaning to horrible service. I sat sandwiched b/​w two cars waiting in line in the drive thru for an hour! And I swear that is not an exaggeration. It was literally an hour. Had I not already paid and been stuck between the two cars I would’ve driven off. They were not apologetic about the ridiculous wait and were not friendly at all. when I got to the window, they didn’t even remember taking my order. And when I finally got my food it was wrong. I wish I could give this negative stars because they do not even deserve the one I am forced to give.

24 hour wi-​fi access in the lobby with free drink refills makes this a special place in the middle of the night.
Maybe they can do this because there is no kid area.
There is an outside patio with tables that can still receive the wifi.

It’s McDonalds, relax! Where can you get dollar food, 24/​7, dine in or drive thru other then this place? Don’t hate, participate.
