I called Bee Safe since I am moving and need my locks changed. I spoke to the gentleman who gave me a price which I was ok with. He needed to know a date and time for the work to be done, so I told him I would get with my wife and find out and call right back which I did. I got voice mail the first time, left a message. Second call, voice mail, left another message. I gave him two different phone numbers to contact me, this was several days ago. I personally find it hard to do business with a company that cannot return calls. I am glad that others have had a good experience, mine was not.
