Retried this Buddy’s the 19th of Dec after a few bad experiences before. The food is amazing now. The ribs were meaty and juicy and fall off the bone delicious. Larger portions of sides on the drive thru food. Back to the restaurant we all came to love before.

Always good however I think they’ve changed their potato salad recipe. Hush puppies keep getting smaller too. Smaller sizes should equal smaller prices.
We can’t wait until the new Buddy’s opens!

Not bad for fast food style BBQ! I had the BBQ pork sandwich, which was pretty good. My husband had the roast chicken. The sides were just okay. They do have bottomless rib meal which my father in law really enjoyed! For dessert they have a huge brownie ice cream sundae for only $ 1.99… Very good! Overall, decent food for a good price.

I’ve always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. Fast food bbq doesn’t sound too appealing but here they have mastered it! Don’t be afraid to try it sometime!

Buddy’s is one of the few places to get BBQ in the area, you will mostly find Southern cooking in this area so to get some good quality BBQ is a bonus. This place has great customer service but their BBQ is only average and slightly overpirced. Their meal deals are satisfactory but the buns and quality of meats are not that great for the price. You don’t have much of a choice though in the area, so really this place is ok if you’re in the mood for fast BBQ. Would go back but only if in the area because you don’t really have a choice. I have a few friends though that really love Buddy’s so give or take a star with my review because perhaps I am spoiled by living in South Texas. For the area though I still would only give it 3 stars because of quality.
