Great breakfast place. Let me start by saying the place is small but very cute. The waitress was awesome!!! She made us(party of 6) very comfortable, and was so funny. We received some of the freshly baked bread for the table while waiting to eat.(Raspberry almond, so good) everyone loved the breakfast, the only exception was my son who wasn’t overly excited about his lunch choice. The Eggs Benny was about the best I’ve ever had. I did the Irish version with the homemade hash. The kids were thrilled with pancakes and omelettes. The toast made of fresh bread looked so good I wish I had ordered a side too. Great eating experience!

We should have known a place this popular(and small probably only seats up to 25) would have a wait on Sunday morning for breakfast! On the cusp of hunger and deciding to go somewhere else we asked for a take out menu to get some breakfast to eat quickly since they said there would be a 40 minute wait for a table for 4. The waitresses who took our orders were very considerate as we waited, and it just so happened that after only 20 minutes one of the tables finished early so they let us stay and eat our food that was just ready. Perfect! As I thought we might be eating sitting outside or standing up I just got a breakfast sandwich with sausage on a bagel. I was very surprised to see that it also came with a huge portion of delicious home fries. The sandwich was so juicy and buttery it melted instantly in my mouth. I also got a cinnamon roll on the side, which was only a little strange tasting but that might have been the sugar(tasted weirdly of chemicals). My friends ordered a huge stack of pancakes and Eggs Benedict with home fries, which of course were also tasty! Can’t wait to come back to this place the next time we are on the Cape!

My husband and I live on the Cape and believe that Laura’s is by far the best breakfast you can get Cape-wide! Eggs always cooked the way you order them, portions are generous, prices are great, and the service is always fast and friendly. Laura always makes the rounds and visits customers at their tables too!

Have been to Laura’s several times including Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. The food is always good and fresh and not greasy like some places. The home made hash is great and it’s our new breakfast place.

I am in the cape very infrequently, and decided to stop by with my cousins and niece. We got the farmer’s breakfast(3 orders), the corned beef hash(1 order), and biscuits with gravy(1 order just as an additional side). Food was pretty good. One thing I would say is that there are flys(pretty unavoidable but still gross) the waitress had to give us napkins to keep them away and it can get pretty hot in there. Today it was 65, so not too terribly hot for fall, but it was pretty steamy in there. Overall good experience but we may not be back until winter when it’s not so warm.

Well, I though Hoagie’s had the worst biscuits and gravy I’ve ever tasted last summer, and then I ate here. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. The gravy was yellow and tasted like butter, and had also managed to separate. Quite impressive. This dish was an absolute nightmare, with no redeeming qualities. The bacon was thin, overcooked, and just tasted cheap. My wife’s scrambled eggs were ok. The home fries were good– sautéed onion and pepper and a nice char on the potato. Honestly, the best part of breakfast was the toast. That should tell you something. It was also very cheap. The staff knew most of the locals that were coming in, and how to joke with each of them, but the food here is basically garbage. Do yourself a favor and skip this.

I had two great visits to this fabulous breakfast place. It is just like going home for breakfast only mom doesn’t have to cook. Spend time perusing the menu and specials while eating small squares of homemade quick breaks. Loaves are for sale if you are so inclined. The pancakes are delicious. The toast, thick cuts of bread. The scrambled eggs were well prepared. Sometimes eggs are a crap shoot. This place nailed them! The wait staff were a delight and happy to see us return on the next morning. Fun place for quick bite. There are not that many tables, but they do turn over rather quickly. If you are alone, fear not, grab a seat at the counter. If you are staying in Mashpee or Falmouth, I encourage you to give it a try.

Don’t come here if you have to be anywhere at all later in the day. Came here at 10, was told 15 – 20 minute wait but should be shorter. Finally sat after an hour wait. Took 30 mins for food to arrive and our bacon never did. Home fries were undercooked, and omelette overly cheesy — and I love cheese! With that said, portions seemed pretty good and the complimentary bread was too. Disappointed about the rest!

Right away you’ll notice the poor parking, the dismal atmosphere, and the limited seating… BUT… When you get past all of that, you’ll find a nice hole-in-the-wall place to grab some delicious and inexpensive food. Grab a coffee and a fried egg sandwich and enjoy a local spot that doesn’t cater much to tourist. Well worth a visit!

Driven past this place for a while now and wanted to try something new so we decided to check it out. It’s your old mom and pops diner. The places I love and what breakfast is all about. The moment we walked we were greeted and welcomed and since it was mid week and early enough, we sat anywhere. The waitress was very welcoming and kind. The coffee/tea order was quick, and they make a good cup of joe. Bottomless of course, is always key. The breakfast menu is of your typical variety. From egg sandwiches, omelettes, french toast, pancakes, eggs benedict/poached and the sides. They start you off w a blueberry muffin when they bring your coffee, nice touch. I was starving so I went w/the two eggs(scrambled), meat(bacon), home fries and toast. For good measure and to eat like a viking, a half order of french toast(two slices). The quality was above average, the bacon was perfectly crispy, the home fries were cooked perfectly and nice and crispy, the eggs were your standard filling and white toast, maybe scali? was great. The french toast wasn’t too thick and had a great taste to it. Across from me they got the pancakes w bananas and it was a heaping portion of pancakes and bananas. Did not try but they said it was delicious. Laura’s also has a bakery w muffins, coffee roles, moon pies, whoopie pies and cupcakes. We took a few to go and the frosted coffee roll was good, little dry, but still tasty. This place is def true to it’s name. Home Cookin’. Great home cooking with that and it is one of my new favorites. Great service and great quality food, what’s not to love? Check it out and see for yourself.

Nice local breakfast and lunch place. They always give a nice complimentary sample of a fresh baked treat for the table. Blueberry corn bread is fantastic!!! Toast tastes like homemade bread. French Toast and Burgers are great Service is friendly Skip the jag. I normally love it but this is just bland… Prices are fair. Baked goods to go Definitely! .

We stopped in here since we pass it everyday on our way to the gym and read great reviews on Unilocal. From the outside it looks like a hole in the wall but the inside is very modern and looks new. We both had the eggs benedict since thats what we were craving and read reviews about and it was just ok. The sauce wasnt as great and it wasnt as indulging as eggs benedict should be. I should feel guilty after eating them haha. We are on the fence about stopping ing to try other things on the menu.
