Nice ambience, friendly staff, good margaritas, reasonable price, but salty food. This is a sort of place that you wouldn’t consider authentic, but you go for the fun atmosphere and margaritas. We ordered margaritas on the rocks which were 50% off during happy hour. They were pretty good. We ordered one combo and one La Favorita which is a burrito and enchilada. The Favorita was smothered in cheese sauce. No enchilada sauce, which was strange. The chicken and steak fillings were generous, but gosh quite salty! Maybe they do that so you drink more? The rice and beans were good, and their homemade hot sauce is da bomb. However, the meats in both our dishes were just too salty. No bueno.

We just went here tonight and I really enjoyed it, service was great, loved the feel of the restaurant and the food was good! I got a burrito California and it was huge! The only bad thing I have to say was I wasn’t a fan of the salsa, it wasn’t bad just not great.

This location has become our favorite go to for good Mexican food. The staff is friendly. The building has a stunning interior and has a Mayan feel on the outside. The Fajitas for two could easily feed four! Generous portions. Great service. Satisfying food!

I’ve been coming here a couple times a month since they opened and always have a fantastic experience. Service is always quick even with larger parties yet you never feel rushed. And… they have happy hour seven days a week!!!

We’ve eaten here a half dozen times now and have always had a great time. The service has always been prompt and friendly, the food hot and fast from the kitchen, and the prices seem very reasonable.
I personally recommend the seafood trio as that’s almost always what I order.
Looks like the outside will be a good place to hang out once it warms up…

Best Mexican food here people. Must try it. Employees are nice and friendly and they got the best margaritas. I ordered vegetarian burrito with jalapeño onions mashrooms and cheese on the top. It was delicious and if you are a Unilocal user you’ll get 6 $ off on second entrée if you check in. They have special happy hours on Monday to Wednesday between 3 to 6. Must visit if you have a day off!

My second time here and it will be my last. Ordered the beef taco, enchilada with rice and beans. Taco shell was the standard store bought, not the authentic fried corn tortilla. Plate was hot but the food was cold. The enchilada was the worst. A corn tortilla rolled and microwaved, wasn’t cooked, couldn’t even cut it with a knife. No flavor for the rice and beans. My family gets a little irritated when I complain about my food so I didnt. The waitress picked up my plate knowing I only took two bites and didn’t ask a thing, so the service was mediocre at best. Never again…

I am from Indianapolis so I was interested in trying some Mexican food in the Mason area. This place really impressed me. It was a very busy Friday night when we visited, but the staff seemed to handle it well. I was really surprised how nice the décor and venue were. It seemed different than a lot of the typical Mexican places in Indy.
I took advantage of their jumbo size margaritas. They were very good! I had a shrimp burrito which was quite flavorful and cooked to perfection.
I would recommend this place to friends. The pricing seemed a tad high so not quite 5 stars but close!

We had a great time at this place thanks to Unilocal!We sat at the bad, found nice people to chat with, ate excellent food (quesadillas, guac, chips) and had an excellent margarita (or 2). The bar staff was super friendly and attentive. A great experience!

No doubt! One of the best Mexican places anywhere around. Food is fantastic. Service matches. Extensive menu and everything we’ve tried is near perfect. Good value too.
Only issue is this place is noise levels — even when not crowded. The problem is the décor. Everything is hard and sound just bounces around. Small investment in carpeting or baffles is needed.
This was previously a Thai restaurant and little remodeling has occurred.

Our very first visit here. We usually frequent the Mexican place on Tylersville. I enjoyed it very much. Huge portions, have to remember we can split a meal next time. The Coronirita are wonderful. I enjoyed the Enchilada Tres Marie and got the homemade hot sauce. Yummy. But again, quite a bit.
Bar is very noisy. Not a place to hang if you want to have a quiet conversation. Henry is pleasant and makes a good drink. Even with the storm moving in, he assured us we had food and enough Margaritas to last for days.
Good to know I will come again.

This place is great. We go for lunch at least once a week. Prices are unbeatable and food is always so good. Best salsa around. Service is always great and this is one of the absolutely cleanest restaurants I’ve been to lately. Their restrooms are always spotless and smell great. I don’t have enough nice things to say about this place.

Have been there twice since they opened. So far very impressed for being a chain.
Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Place feels clean; I don’t like it when the menus feel sticky.
Generous portions with fresh ingredients.
Will be back since the other Mexican places in the area have declined so much.

Had dinner at this new location tonight. I don’t normally write reviews. But thought this was under rated a bit. Service was 5 star, Franklin was attentive and friendly (but not over the top). Margaritas were 5 stars. They are not stingy on alcohol! Plus were 25% off during happy hour. Food, 4 stars. My husband said the beans were great and overall the food was good. Was it great, no, but for the price deserves a solid 4 stars. Tip: use a coupon, we did and our bill with two dinners and drinks was under $ 20 pre tip!

Opening night. The salsa is so fresh and queso drop was very good. Had a nice size group with me. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Very close to my home. I can see myself walking here for dinner this Summer.
