If you are experiencing foot or ankle problems, you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with Joanne Z. at Foot Solutions. When I needed new orthotics(I’ve worn them for years) I chose Foot Solutions instead of my regular podiatrist. Joanne is a pedorthist whose expertise is assessing the biomechanical issues of a person’s gait. She prescribed the most comfortable custom fit orthotics I’ve ever worn.(I overpronate and have arthritis issues.) She patiently educated me about what needed correcting — issues that nobody ever mentioned before. Everyone at Foot Solutions was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional! Do your feet a favor and stop by FS! PLEASENOTE: The 2-star review posted by Mark N. refers to the Good Feet Store. My review is for Foot Solutions — don’t get the two businesses confused!

Worst service ever! Used to buy my shoes here all the time but after today never again! No one even said hello I stood there waiting for help as one lady was busy the guy just stood against the counter doing nothing! This is the second time this has happened and now the last!

A waste of time and gas. No expertise or interest– they just want to sell you aomething.

This was an expensive disappointment. They are not any more trained than footlocker. Go in find the makers of the shoes and order off line. The help will be the same. They tried to sell me the wrong size after a fitting and the shoe would not even go on because of high arches. This is what I went for… disappointment. Also sold me shoes that had laces the salesperson knew would be too short to tie! When I asked for other laces they did not have ANY in the store. Told I should go to another store to buy them. After spending 120.00 on lace up shoes I did expect to be able to actually tie them. My final advice do not bother.

Finding footwear for my finicky feet(look at that alliteration!) is a difficult task. I’ve previously had foot surgery, so I have to be careful what I wear. I had previously gone to a Foot Solutions in California, so I was excited to find one in Cincinnati. I ended up getting custom orthotics– though pricey, they have worked out very well, and are worth every penny. I love how they take notes about your foot, gait, etc so they know which shoes to recommend. Of course, not every shoe is the most fashionable, but you can at least get an orthotic to fit into your other shoes. If you have difficulty finding shoes, I’d pay Foot Solutions a visit.

My mom has«flat feet» that actually contribute to back pain and headaches. When Foot Solutions opened up close to our house, I went with her to see if they could do anything to help her discomfort. Foot Solutions makes a business out of making people feel better by changing the way that they walk through the shoes that they wear. The store offers a number of orthopedic style shoes but my mom is a little more fashion conscious than that, so she decided instead to order a custom pair of shoe inserts that can be transferred from one of her shoes to the next. To be fitted for these inserts, you stand on a special machine that takes measurements and depths of each centimeter of your foot and then prints out an imprint for the company. They then send this imprint away and, within a week, your custom inserts are available for pick up at the store. My mom got hers and says they have significantly helped her in reduction of pain. She also went back to buy a pair of «Chi» gym shoes, which are said to give you a real leg workout just while you’re walking around during the day. She loves them but they set her back almost $ 300.
