Hadn’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in about 5 years because I always feel like we spend too much for what it is but made a visit bc was craving some salad. After walking in, there was no hostess for several minutes and a cook that was replenishing the salad bar got someone to seat us. There were multiple dirty tables around us and remained that way for about 45 minutes. We had a server that I think was trying to do a good job but it appeared she had about 6 tables so of course her attentiveness wasn’t that great. There were other staff(what appeared to be servers or management) coming and going from the back) but weren’t helping the 2 servers on the floor or bussing tables. It took asking 3 different people for sauce for my daughter’s food before we got it and at that point the rest of us were almost done with our meals. The table next to us asked for ketchup so the server grabbed the ketchup off our table without asking(and we we had it out using it) and gave it to the other table. Just wasn’t impressed and 90 minutes in a restaurant w young kids isn’t fun. $ 47 for 2 kids pizzas, kids chicken, a burger that my husband said wasn’t even that great w the garden bar add on and another garden bar only all w glasses or water is a bit steep plus tip. Seems like they would try harder with the big tourist attractions so close. Maybe the good staff is only there during the peak seasons of those tourist attractions? I’m only giving 2 stars bc I got warm, amazing croutons for my salad.

My dessert was delicious and our waitress was friendly enough! But they were out of avocado AND ribs on a Friday evening, so that was pretty disappointing. Salad bar and food were decent, your run of the mill Ruby Tuesdays.

Salad bar = A Service = B– Food = B– It’s not a bad place. There is not a lot of motivated people working here but they make it work which is what is important. As far as Cincinnati food goes this place is good. I find most Cincinnati restaurants bad. The ribs here are much better than Montgomery ribs which I here are the best in the world but I think they are some of the worst ribs I’ve ever had in my life. These ribs at Ruby Tuesdays were solid though.

Been to this location 2 times in the past 3 months. Both times service was terrible(slow, servers didn’t know the menu, couldn’t remember what beers they had on tap) food was served cold and not fresh. Location seems dirty and they leave tables un cleared for a long periods of time. No thanks there are better choices

I tried to enjoy the food, but the rancid stale beer smell and persistent fly that was encircling our table proved to be too distracting.

Awful. Ribs were tough. Food was cold. Salad bar was decent, but looked dirty. I should have went to McDonalds.

It had been a long time since I’d been to a Ruby Tuesdays, and I’d never had the fondest recollection of them. I figure things are supposed to get better with age, right? Well, I had a coupon anyway, so I figured it was worth a shot. Should’ve taken a pass. I’m a vegetarian. But I’m not much of a salad person. If I’m going out to eat, I tend to want something a little more exciting than salad. But you know what I ate at Ruby Tuesdays? Well, I ordered the all-you-can-eat salad bar. Because there wasn’t a whole lot on the menu that was(a) vegetarian or(b) appealing. It wasn’t even that great of a salad bar honestly. You could probably find about the same thing at your average buffet restaurant. The husband had a flatbread that was too garlicky to really be tasty. The highlight of the meal was the seasonal cheesecake for dessert. Unless there are some enhancements made to the menu, I likely won’t be returning to this chain.

Dirty, dusty and dingy! So far not a good impression of national chain. Should be better managed. We were shown to a table near the window with a view of a large table that must have children. The table was a mess and was never cleaned during our lunch. Our table was grimy, menu wasgreasy, the shades have so much grime they probably have not been cleaned since they were hung. The fabric lampshades and bulbs were dusty and greasy. Three pieces of silverware still had food on it. It wouldn’t have mattered what the food was like, I couldn’t get past all the dirt. Manager said they would be cleaning the place up shortly so I have raised the review to 2 stars.

I had the barbecue baby back ribs, yellow spaghetti squash, and fresh grilled zucchini. It was so delicious! The barbecue sauce was sweet but not too sweet and just right. The ribs were amazing and tender. The squash and zucchini were both excellent as well. My boyfriend got a 7 oz. steak with lobster and they were both very good. Our server was the bar tender at the restaurant and he provided great service! There were only a couple servers at the time, but he managed well so we weren’t waiting for long.

This Ruby Tuesday was right next to the hotel I was staying at and adjacent to Kings Island park where I spent the day. I’m usually a fan of Ruby’s so I didn’t have to go far to find good food. Like most Ruby’s, the food at this one is good. I sat at the bar and had one of their signature drinks that went down well…3 later I was feeling pretty good. Anyway, you can’t go wrong with Ruby Tuesday. The staff is great at most of them I’ve visited and the food is always good. Can’t say I’ve ever had anything bad at Ruby’s.
