Our experience was exactly like the previous posters. Dirty and including ours I witnessed then incorrectly serve two other customers while we were inside. Doesn’t seem that this particular franchisee cares about the feedback though given the fact the same type of thing was posted nearly three years ago.

If you like cleanliness, friendliness, and speed — do NOT go to this Taco Bell. The cashier did not welcome us upon entry, and rolled her eyes dramatically when she saw our party of 6. 2 of my friends ordered together first and the cashier did not give them their change. When my friend let her know, she rolled her eyes yet again and got keys to open the drawer. She mumbled to herself«is today over yet», definitely not in a playful«I have had a long day» manner. The tables and chairs were filthy so we had to get water and napkins and clean our area, with no help offered from the people who walked out to smoke, of course. Food was good, but attitudes were revolting.

I understand that this is Taco Bell and not a five-star dining experience, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth even though the food was fine. Five of my friends joined me on this visit. Upon entering the dining room, we saw that we’d arrived during a slow time(that awkward period between lunch and dinner, around 2:45pm). Despite this, the employees behind the counter were visibly annoyed that people had entered and were audibly scoffing and complaining about our presence. «Ugh.» «Is today over yet?» All of these complaints were served with eye rolls and deep sighs. The dining room was filthy and we had to clean our own table. A small family had walked in behind us and they were having the same experience, which is a shame considering they had small children with them. We enjoy Taco Bell and eat at various locations pretty often, but we’ll be avoiding this particular store.

Horrible experience. Went to the drive through, got all the way home, and was missing two of the items we ordered. Even after driving all the way back, to get the missing items, not a single oh we’re sorry was offered.
