Starbucks

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to hands down. For starters, no sign displayed outside of the building indicating there is even a Starbucks located here, very difficult to find. Then I walk in, place is dead quite (probably because no one can find the place) and not a single employee greeted me. Keep in mind there were 5 employees present and no other customers. No drive thru here either. I bet sales cold jump up 300% if they had something indicating to others that hey, THERE IS A STARBUCKS HERE! Coffee was made right though, as usual.

I just got out of here after watching the RUDEST customer treat a new teenage employee like total trash. The place was busy, the NEW employee was making the same drink just for a different order and got yelled at for making the «wrong drink» when he was just making a drink for a different order. If the management gets any complaint about this boy do not fire him or penalize him in anyway shape or form. No person deserves to be treated the way he did, and I’m giving him five stars for not punching the customer on in face.

It’s the standard drinks and such, but this one has a great ambiance. It’s just kind of cool and laid-​back, and usually packed. When I feel like I have money to blow, I cruise by and pay too much for a drink.
After, I improved the ambiance in my home with some laid back farting.

Today for the First time after 16 years living in US I had my first discrimination experience in local Starbucks. In mason Montgomery. My son and I were speaking our native language as I want to teach him to be proud about his heritage, the lady at cash register started to have an attitude toward me and she actually went as far as leaving the cake I bought on the counter in the other side without giving it to me, and told one of the other employee pass this to her like I am a sickness. I was going to talk to the manager but my son did not let me. This is very sad I am really sorry for how close minded and stupid people can be. We may not come to US 100 years ago but we still work, pay taxes and pay for our purchases. No one is giving us a free ride here.
I am planning to write a complain letter to the corporate Starbucks, I can never forgive the look on my child face. He told me in car maybe we should just speak only English. I told him No we speak our language and if someone has an issue they can tell me. I am very sad. What is becoming of great America the land of freedom.

Oh look another Starbucks. We had a hankering for some coffee so this place hit the spot. Like all the ‘bucks it has free WiFi and plenty of places to sit down and write the next great American novel or just browse Instagram for cute cat pics. Other than that, nothing else comes to my mind, the staff were fine and fast with our drinks.

I visit this Starbucks at least once a week. It’s a great place to get your caffeine fix on the go or to order in and get some work done on your laptop. The wifi is solid here, which is not always the case at other Starbucks locations. The dining area is spacious, so you don’t feel uncomfortably close to other people.
The staff is great and knowledgable, they are always quick to give good recommendations and have never had any trouble answering my questions about their drinks.
I’m usually a big fan of their iced coffee, but for today’s review I’m selling the idea of spending 50 cents more and getting the cold brew instead. If you like the iced coffee, you’ll love to cold brew. It’s a smoother, stronger version of the iced coffee, plus you can still add in the milk and flavoring if you wish Personally, I almost always go for the carmel flavor and milk — it’s a perfect amount of sweetness.

Consistently do not have good experience here. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house, however if I have the chance will detour to a further one. At all times of day they are busy and this does not equal fast service. I find the staff to be unfriendly and borderline edgy, which is opposite most other Starbucks staffs. The positive is it is clean and the drinks are made right. Nice outside tables. No drive thru.

We were in the Mason area and I needed a some caffeine. Really like the setup of this Starbucks. The dining area is spacious and not cluttered. Fully staff and waited on right away.
I got the tall skinny vanilla latte (only 100 calories) and my husband got the venti ice green tea.
We were out of there less than 12 minutes. Staff was very quick, efficient and friendly. It was pretty crowded too.
My latte was not too hot, fresh and not too sweet. Made the way I wanted. My husband had no complaints with his.
Restaruant and bathrooms clean.
I would definately return to this Starbucks location.

I love a good Starbucks and it’s the layout here that I really enjoy. There is a clear path up to and around the counter without running into the seating area and feeling like you are in the way. Plus, every time I have been here the baristas have been quick and accurate – this is one of the more efficient Starbucks I’ve been too. Always clean and the staff is friendly. There is ample outdoor seating as well. My only complaint? No drive thru.

Being the only Starbucks in Mason, there’s really no comparison to give. It’s a little smaller than most Starbucks with room to seat around 25 people on the inside. They have two bathrooms and outdoor seating. I find this place especially convenient because there is free wifi, and a Kinkos next door. So if you need to get some work done, you can get it done here. Other than that, it’s pretty much your standard, but awesome, Starbucks.

This is the only real Starbucks in Mason. The crew turns over a lot but they are always friendly. Be cautious on the weekend because it gets packed. 10 times better than Kidd Coffee or Caribou. I don’t think the reviews in the past have been very fair. The location is not great to get to in the strip plaza so keep your eyes open or you might miss it. :) Enjoy!

A pretty standard Starbucks and, unless you count the one in the nearby Kroger, the only location in Mason. Every time we’ve been in there it’s been clean and well kept, and the service is always great. After only being in there two or three times they knew me and what I was going to order as soon as I came in — a fact I really appreciate.
The only reason it loses some points are the lack of a drive through and the fact that, while there is some outdoor seating, space inside is severely limited and being the only real Starbucks in Mason it gets pretty crowded.
If you’re just stopping in for a quick coffee it’s no problem, but if you’re the kind of person who likes to hang out and get work done or study with a latte on hand you may have to fight someone for a seat.

This is a pretty typical Starbucks, although a bit weird to get to since while it’s on a main road the complex it’s it was designed to discourage you from going in from the main road. Since there’s not much to say I’ll just do a Pro-​Con list.

— Staff is pretty friendly
— Quality is on-​par with every other Starbucks
— Patio seating
— Free WiFI
Con:
— No drive-​through
— It’s very small so there’s not much seating inside, but they make up for it with some outdoor seats.

Who really leaves a review for Starbucks? This guy, I guess. I am not a Starbucks regular, but the times that I do frequent Starbucks it is usually at this location since it is close to the office. Smaller than some other Starbucks in the area, but overall this is just like any other Starbucks; good coffee and atmosphere.

Super friendly staff! The lines may be long, but they keep it moving pretty steadily. (what else can you expect in the morning?) They’ve only messed up an order once and even then they made a new one right on the spot!

I like Starbucks — one of the consistent things I get when I travel.
Coffee was good.
Coffeshop was clean
Breakfast wrap was yummy
What more can one ask?
Average rating because nothing special to point out.

The staff is super friendly, but this is a small location with few tables and (too) many Wi-​Fi users. I’d give it four stars if they’d clean tables more frequently and empty the trash.
