This is a pretty nice location kinda feels rundown but reps are nice. Zisco and vanessa are pretty helpful. I saw someone mentioned Jay, I think I met him last week at the store or so and he actually lowered my bill by changing plan. Sometimes I guess change is good
I would give them 5 star but just the store feels a bit rundown and feels boring idk.

I hate T mobile in general — bad service — the worst — but this store — the sales people look and act like they are in high school — they trash customers who ask questions, they trash their coworkers who aren’t there, they have loud loud music playing, including a song with the word Bit%ch over and over and over My Bi%ch, My Bitch. they are clueless, and rude and I can’t wait to go back to Verizon up th block where they have professionals working!

Nice enough new location, bit of the hardsell goes on (I was killing time since I work close, not interested, just getting out of the rain). That hard sell stops me cold each time, makes me glad I don’t have T-Mobile.
