Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins

A good solid Dunkin. I try to go to this one primarily. They are all pleasant, and always get my order right.

It’s Dunkin Donuts how can you screw it up, right? Well this place finds a way. Literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. The day crew is the worst of the bunch never get your coffee order right and then when you ask them to fix it they give you attitude. Night crew all teens don’t give you attitude but they have trouble getting you order right. Forget ordering the egg sandwiches they can’t even microwave it long enough, cold in the middle. I drive out of my way to avoid this one.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews. I come here every afternoon, sometimes more than once. It is usually pretty busy, but the line moves very fast. There seems to be a lot of regulars, they usually know what I want with out even saying a word. There’s a mix of employees young and old and different ethnic backgrounds, but everyone is super friendly, and they all seem to get along great with each other. The iced caramel macchiato & iced chips ahoy are my faves.

Decided to stop by and get a quick coffee. After reading some of the reviews I figured people do make mistakes every now and then and stuff happens. Well apparently I was wrong ! Ordered a simple ice coffee with milk and 1 sugar. My fault for walking out without tasting the coffee that not only did not have any sugar but was very bitter.
3 sugars down the road everything went back to normal. Overall it’s wasn’t that bad however placing more complicated order would be challenging ! Good Luck everyone !!!

The place looks really busy they have basking-​robins also there. They have a great selection of all types of deferent donuts etc. The floor was really messy when you walk in. But other then that was ok.

** VERY STRANGE AND BIZARRE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID **
I stopped in here late last Friday night to get a cup of tea on the way to the train back to Manhattan. I asked the man behind the counter for a cup of black tea and he seemed to be getting it, but then he flexed his arm at me and kept yelling, «Black like me, baby, black like me!»
I said, can I just have my tea, please?
But he kept yelling, «Black like me! Black like me!» and pulling on his arm.
He wasn’t black or African-​American, he appeared to be from the Middle East. But I did not ask; just turned and walked out. Fast.
Sorry if anyone thinks this review is funny or politically incorrect, but this is what happened at the store. I did call Dunkin Donuts customer service, but the rep said the store is privately franchised and didn’t really seem to care.
Will never go anywhere near this place again.

Came here after a long wait for my written test at the DMV. The sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and the coffee coolatta hit the spot. The coolatta was actually well made unlike the ones I’ve had at various other locations. It was very busy and the workers were a bit friendlier than the ones at other locations.
