Food is excellent and plates are big enough to share! Service is great by Brianna, and this is our second time here together, with my girl

The grilled chicken Cesar salad was no good. The grilled chicken was not cut into pieces at all. There were two cutlets on top of lettuce. There was little Cesar dressing. The umbertoes pizza grilled chicken Cesar salad is much greater and $ 4 less expensive.

This is truly the best slice of pizza on LI. The pizza is perfect, never to hot, the crust is crispy, and the sauce is not canned. Definitely your go to pizzeria if you are in the area.

I travel to Nassau once in awhile and as long as I can get there without TOO much of a side-trip, I will ALWAYS hit Phil’s. Their food is fresh and delicious and their pizza variety is absolutely unrivaled by anyone else in the area. Their staff are always friendly, the place is always clean and the prices are comparable to the area. I just can not say enough good things about the pizza here. My favorites are the chicken marsala, grandpa, drunken sicilian and buffalo chicken.

Phils is our number one go to place when we are in the area and desire really good Italian food. Portions are huge and prices are reasonable. They make a cranberry and mozzarella salad that is awesome. They always have daily specials and their fish is always fresh and delicious. They make the best chicken Marsala loaded with mushrooms. Highly recommend.

Prices, over the past few years, have become a bit outrageous! Food is usually very good, but when they are really busy at the counter, the quality is not always there. $ 15 for a soggy Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad!?? Wow! Lots of new places in the area to try out.

Delicious food. Love their pizza, chicken parmigiano, Pene Ala vodka, and shrimp dishes. sometimes the crew can be abrasive at the counter, but the waitresses are great

The slice I had(chicken cutlet) was pretty good. Good amount of chicken and good sauce. Wasn’t a huge fan of the crust, which seemed to have a good amount of flour still dusted all over it. It was a bit pricey(over $ 4 for my slice). I would recommend Phil’s though. There are so many Pizza places around the Massapequa /Massapequa Park /Wantagh /Seaford area and this is probably in my top 5.

I had a craving for a good meatball hero… so I got one here and it did not disappoint. I get it on garlic bread toasted(could have been a lil more toasted but it wasn’t burnt so no worries on that. I ordered and picked it up cuz they don’t deliver(which I don’t mind cuz it’s a great Italian place). My lady got the penne Marco(broccoli rabe and sausage w gorgonzola on top) and that was insanely delish! The broccoli rabe was perfectly cooked too.(leftovers are mine!!!) It made for a perfect dinner/movie night at home. I’ve had friends bring pizza over in the past and that was a perfect meatball pizza. Also ate there once and got eggplant parmigiani entrée and again delish and a lot of leftovers FYI When picking up DON’T LOOKATTHEPIZZAATCOUNTER! LOOKAWAY! Or you will be like… ummm…could I have 1 of all ur specialty pizza slices as well Sooo… Dining in Pick up Pizza Phil’s pizza? A++++ Here on LI pizza places are a dime a dozen And Crostinis is a 2 min walk from my house and fra Amici is also closer and both are good but Phils never disappoints. Thanks Phil.

The food is amazing. It is very freshly made. I was in a group and we order baked clams, penne al vodka, Spinach & chicken paste, and Primavera. All was tasty and there are large serving. You will need to doggy bag. They are pricey but it is worth it due to the fact of the serving size. I wish customer service was better. We had to be aggressive in having us seat us and getting assist at the table was tough. This is a great place to eat.

I can’t help but order the eggplant parm hero every single time I go to phils. It simply may be THEBEST eggplant parm hero for the price on LI. Highly reccomended if ur eggplant parm aficionado/addict.

Phil’s is the best around. Never had a bad meal. I haven’t tried everything so maybe there are things they are better at than others but you won’t be disappointed here Gets crowded as it gets later but that’s to be expected when the food is good. FYI for what it’s worth I’ve even seen John Venditto eating here.

Food is always good… but uh oh… the pizza man behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment and… FAST!!! Gruff, unpleasant and not very friendly. I understand the man is busy, but come on. Phil’s in this location lost a star because of him. Had 2 not-so-good experiences dealing with him. Probably will not go back or just not take pizza out from there.

Huge selection of pizza choices, and the pizza is always consistently good. The chicken ala vodka and chicken francese slices are the best! If you sit-down and order a pasta dish, those are really good also.

I grew up in Levittown, NY and this was definitely my go-to Italian place, even though it was a bit out of the way. Penne a la vodka is my favorite dish of all time and they make the best one I’ve ever had(and let me assure you, I have had a lot). Their portions are enormous and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The restaurant is not too big so it can get crowded. They have an amazing selection of specialty pizza slices and I have never once ordered an entrée that was not incredibly delicious.

Phil’s Pizza is located within a plaza so that means you won’t have much of a problem trying to find a place to park. I’ve only been there twice and was always treated well by the workers. I love their bread(when it’s fresh) and pasta dishes. The portions are huge and I end up getting it wrapped to go because I never finish ‘em. If I ever go back, I am definitely going to try their pizza.

This joint is TASTYYYYYY! I think everything they make is good. Usually if it’s a pizza place the pasta is just so-so. It is rare that they do both right but they do! I love the baked ziti, tortellini bolognaise and the cranberry salad! All must haves, but I never ate anything here I didn’t like. Pizza is all good as well, and they have a big selection of types. The bread is also great and the cappuccino is good too! They give you delicious little biscotti cookies! The cost is up there I will admit, but they give you a whole box of pasta per order I think. I make about 4 meals out of it as leftovers.

Phil’s does not know anything about portion control. Or maybe they just don’t care, but everything here is HUGE. And also delicious. Heros are good, and full of chicken, cheese, marinara, on a loaf of bread that’s enough to serve two. Pasta with broccoli and sausage is also tasty — with a garlicky olive oil sauce. Great service, very attentive. Though, also good for take out.

Came here with hubby! Unfortunately we were eating under sad circumstances(we had a memorial service to attend nearby). The restaurant is nice inside, it’s very clean and sort of modern looking. It didn’t transport me to Italy like other Italian places I’ve gone into but it was still very nyce! I had the eggplant parm, he had his usual chicken parm. I got the side salad with my eggplant parm to circumvent some of my fat assishness, he got the side pasta with his chicken parm. We were also served bread and each of us ordered a cappuccino. The eggplant parm was very good! Lots of cheese(which I love), not as saucy as I’d like but still saucy enough. The eggplant was tasty, seasoning was just right not too much, not too little, classic Italian way to season dishes. The salad was good, veggies were fresh, they didn’t serve a wilted salad which was quite awesome! The bread was pretty yummy as well. The cappuccino was zippy. They gave it the rock candy sugar touch(which I’ve been seeing a lot of and I definitely approve) and accompanied it with two mini biscottis, very nyce and very tasty! Phil’s is worth at least one trip! My leftovers tasted even better as I ate them for breakfast the next morning and Shawn looked at me quite funny while I was chomping away before driving to work.

What do you do when you’re boyfriend is out last minute shopping for Christmas. You grab a slice nearby at Phil’s… and it was delicious. I got a regular slice. The crust was crunchy, yet the middle was soft and melt. One little thing… the cheese was the kind you couldn’t bite through… so at some point, I had cheeseless pizza. The sauce is good. TLDR: It was a good fresh, refeshing slice.
