A year ago, we had them install patio, fire pit area and stepping stones in our backyard. Salesman (Matt) was knowledgeable, friendly and always punctual. But he over promised everything just to get the job while the actual crew chief (Danny) who did the work, did it his way regardless of what was in the contract.
The project manager (Steven) was on the site every other day, also very friendly but inexperienced and also unable to notice mistakes along the way and unable to influence his team to follow detailed instructions.
They were also supposed to install flower bed area in front of patio, barbecue table, waterfall and full scale landscaping but after all the stress and aggravation they put us through, we decided to let them go and hire somebody else. Main reason: After 3 weeks of aggravation, while we were on vacation and no one was home, they climbed the fence and snuck in to the backyard to install flower bed! It would have been interesting if we only had alarm on back then… Anyway, that was a total blow. The structure they build was just pure ugly and was a total embarrassment on their part. Haven’t heard from them again since then.
Overall, don’t fall for the good sales pitch, for the upscale price you are about to pay them you can find other, much more reliable landscapers.
