Lane Bryant

I continue to have the bad experiences at the Lane Bryant store in Sunrise Mall. The customer service is terrible. Every time I go in there, the manager does nothing but speak on the phone. She ignores customers, and chit-​chats with her district manager on the phone. There’s no customer service whatsoever, by any of their employees. This made me mad enough to write this review. If it was up to me, this buisness would have been already closed. I did not appreciate the fact that the manager was gossiping on the phone, instead of doing her job and taking care of customers. People would be better off in another Lane Bryant store, than this one. Please, do NOT go to the Lane Bryant store in Sunrise Mall.
